I have been using this for years. However, the recent updates have broken the photo sync. Now it syncs all the junk like screen shots, facebook images etc. I only wish to backup my camera folder. Why is there no option to setup photo backup sources?

From time to time these guys tend to break stuff but at least the don't break the same thing twice which is good. I've been using tjis for a few years now and I agree it's one of the best.

I have not used this app yet but I'm going to give it a try and depending on outcome I will change my star rating appropriately; however, I could not help but notice the comments about sd- card support. I am died too mg this towards novices as I'm sure experienced people know their phones but for others some phones don't have an sd- card like the galaxy note 5 so therefore there is no sd-card to support or access. The internal memory is the sd-card. There may be other phones out there like the note 5 which is what I have; however, if your phone does have an sd-card then I agree with these users. The devs need to fix that issue because allot off stuff is stored on my sd-card in my tablet and if this app does not support it then my star rating will drop drastically until it's fixed, and if it does not get fixed at all or there is no response from the devs which I noticed the lack of throughout the comments then the app will be removed totally and I will make sure that this app is rated appropriately on any and all public social media that I come across including on my own ratings blog. My blog rates more than apps buti will make sure this rating stands out. There is nothing worse then a dev who puts an app out wanting the community to use it but then leaves that community hanging with lack of response to comments, lack of updates for fixes, and just the general courtesy of showing that you not only care about your creation but that you care about the community using that creation and what they think about it. If you don't, as the dev care about your app then why should I as the user and the users are the ones who can make or break your reputation as a developer. Word of mouth can be and is a very strong tool!

Latest update solves file opening issues. Still the best sync software for handling folders offline.

No SD card support. I'm trying to find an app to backup my SD card to my computer. This is soo close but lacking SD card support!?!

This update is useless. Still will not access sd card. What is wrong with this company.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! service is soooo slow and not reliable... I've just switched 230GB from sugarsync to Dropbox. To cancel you need to phone them during PMT period which is after midnight Australian time. It is easier to cancel your credit card.... VERY DODGY SUGARSYNC!

Overall does work but do not count on them for any support. After a sync folders showed up empty called 3 times still haven't heard anything. There are alternatives.

When I went to Sugarsync's website for support, I couldn't even find a place to email - worst experience ever! I have to think about switching to other companies. This app used to be great for quick access to folders and files synced from PC. Now it seems everything has to be downloaded to the internal storage of the smartphone as well. Without SD support that is not feasible. Very disappointed, since the company ought to have enough tech savvy to update the app to appropriate functionality - especially given the high cost. I'm a long time paying customer and will keep my desktop subscription, but for my devices the only thing that seems to work now is a shortcut to the home screen. I'm clinging to the hope the app itself will be upgraded. Without workable mobile access, much of the functionality is lost.

Extremely slow service. Almost impossible to re-sync large files from their servers (can't get speeds above 3kbps). Concept is good but execution and support are lacking.

It does not down load my pics or my videos. Only a few out of my gallery! I'm afraid to delete it now I gear that I'll lose what had been downloaded.

Keeps crashing and the upload speed is very slow compared to similar services I use. Often restarts the whole upload process. Also no 2 factor authentication. Perhaps time for an update? Update: continues to crash mid-upload.

Not working on Android 6.0.1. their help department told me so to confirm with ask the errors I was getting. Works well on my PC.

Works great to keep all your folders on your desktop and mobile phone synced. The search function doesn't work well at all. It needs some improvement.

They require you enter your credit card when you sign up and canceling the account is a pain in the ***

Caution about signing up for this service, they will not respond to support request or cancel account. The down side of autopay is that it is very hard to unhook from a service, and this company makes it difficult, to say the least.

My account dissapeared. I lost all my files. Removing it right away!

Be sure to take a backup of your data *before* you cancel your subscription. I'm seeing data dissappear even though the date for when my subscription expires hasn't been reached.

I wasn't aware if you cancelled you subscription you lost everything you ever put on there. There is no way to your pics back

buggy. Folders keep loading, never show listing. auto-sync never finishes, need to force close and re-open the app. PNG preview support pls. (Xiaomi Mi5)

A notoriously unreliable service. Files are missing and not up to date even though the desktop app says "All Files Are Synced".....The mobile app hang, crashes all the time regardless of which phone I run it on. I'm locking for something better. People who are giving this service 5 stars are either drunk or just happy to find a free service. I'm a full paying customer who happens to be too lazy to move on, but I will soon.

The Android app is really annoyingly unreliable - change a file on an Android tablet and it never gets updated on the desktop. What the hell good is a sync app that doesn't sync? The only reason it does not get 1 star is because the desktop app is good - if slow.

It keeps crashing and sometimes blocks other apps of updating if it is running. Pls improve.

Bin using this cloud service for many years and find it reliable, solid and useful. Had so far on android and Windows no issues.
