The Shape Up Houston mobile app has been designed to supplement the Shape Up Houston website and provides users with the ability to:
1. Link to their Shape Up Houston account. Log in with current account user name and password to access features similar to the Shape Up Houston website.
2. Journal activity, weight, food challenges, sleep, blood pressure, cholesterol, and other information, similar to the website.
3. Manage account information and health goals, such as; weight, weight goals and daily calories intake goals.
4. View personal stats for weight loss, activity, and BMI
