Pothole Alert 311

What happened??? Each update has further buried the pothole reporting beneath more & more clicks. You lost your focus.

This app used to let me report problems no matter where I was. Now I cant set a jurisdiction so I cant report anything..... Taking it off my phone and wont be back

After seeing my jurisdiction, I could not report potholes. It would only show me "Hurricane Matthew". I reinstalled it. Now I can't set my jurisdiction. GPS is on and working, but the app will not register a jurisdiction when I click save. And reporting feedback within the app is a joke. When I click send, it opens up my native sharing options like Facebook and email. It doesn't just send within the app. Annoying.

What has happened to this app? Used to be good. Not working.

Can't select jurisdiction so not sure my report is being viewed by the correct authorities. Was submitted a few weeks ago and no status updates

This app does not work in the Tallulah, La. 71282 area. Apparently the local authorities are either not aware of this citizen service, or does not care. This town could really use the reporting of bad roads in the inner city. Not the apps fault. City is not participating.

Tells me that Pothole reporting is not supported in this area even though it used to be. Montgomery County.

Then i got an email from public works asking me not to use this app dating they don't support it...?

It might be okay but I can't use it indoors. When I get to my car I'm ready to drive and not look at my phone.

It would be nice if you could edit the location of the report once you've made it.

I reported a traffic light that wasn't synchronized with the others on the ave, less than a week light was fixed, definitely works

Please add San Antonio,Texas to the list of cities. I saw a big pothole & couldn't report it.

This app is awesome. Easy to use. I reported 2 potholes & they already fixed 1 & have a come by the other, so it'll be fixed soon as well. Everybody should have this app. I love it!

But it's only getting 3 stars from me because I checked the data it sent to NYC and it was off by a few blocks. I am aware that it MIGHT not be the app's fault but the phone. It could of been that it was using coarse GPS data or simply the phone's GPS was off. Though I doubt that is the case, as I have very little problems with GPS using Google's Navigation app on a daily basis. One of the tickets listed an address as Manhattan, NY 11377 Queens County which makes no sense. I believe that NYC will ignore this report which utterly renders the application useless. I believe that on top of "trying" to resolve the GPS data into an address, it should include raw GPS data (ie GPS coordinates) That might fix the issue. Reported a giant pothole on my street. It was fixed in a few days. Even got email from city. Good app.

Used ouce, ,& they showed up the next day ☆☆☆☆☆

Says that my report went to my 311 call center but it doesn't.

seems like nice app but hate the cab ad that ALWAYS pops up after each use.- leave the ad at the bottom for me to click IF I want to.
