Should make reduction perecentage adjustable. I don't like that it's permanently set to 25%. I do appreciate the reminder about incomplete cross tolerance. Thanks quick easy app

Drug conversions

M70%
by M####:

Your conversion ratios are really bad. You have no info on how you base the conversions. What potency are you using for each drug? This is just a bad app the will lead to people gettin hurt even with the 25% reduction. How is a person supposed to know how much reduction they should use. Once again you show no info of how strong you are labeling each drug

The ads just keep growing down the page and can't see ANY of the conversions. This app WAS great, till the ads ruined it! I'll change the review if fixed! I appreciate the Dev's work, but it's now useless.

Displayed converted doses should be easier to read , like the slide bar.

The conversion is pretty much dead on.

Once was great app. Now add is in the way of comparison opioid and no oxycontin ER or oxycodone IR. Please fix for 5 stars

M70%
by M####:

I would give it a zero star but I had to pick a star. It doesn't list all opioid on the market so it isn't something I would use. Look up Tapentadol.

Whether an HCP or a Pain patient, this App is perfect. Intuitive design, but also provides in-depth scientific data. Great for discussions with Dr's or patients, whatever the case may be.

Motorola Droid3. Good effort, and I especially like the %reduction slider, but 300mg of morphine to 2mg TD fentanyl with 0% reduction? Still needs some work. Also, the ad in the middle of the page may have covered part of the interface.

App has a link to a medical reference website jam-packed with reliable information. A must-have for students and chronically ill patients who want to stay informed about medications and conditions.

I think it is a great tool. Obviously one should always be conservative when switching opioids but I think the conversion rates are theoretically on.

Easy to use. The slider for dose reduction doesn't allow a 0% setting, and the options don't include dihydrocodeine or oral buprenorphine.
