NCLEX-RN Quiz 5000 Questions

Great stuff. Helps me a lot. Love it. I encountered a flaw though. There are questions which can be answered with "all of the above" but there is no such item in the choices. No biggie. Overall, it's great.

Some of the answers in the 1000 questions are wrong

I don't like that there's no way to keep track of how I'm doing overall.

Love it

It's not great but it's not bad either. There is no way to track your progress. If you choose 50, 100, 150 quizz or whatever be prepared to do the whole thing. If you leave the app it and come back you start over. For that reason it's not very appealing.

I made it about 10 questions in when I came to a question asking what a patient with celiac disease should avoid for breakfast, I chose puffed wheat because wheat contains gluten. The app marked this as wrong and said that corn flakes need to be avoided. App is now uninstalled, that was far too simple of a question to mess upon.

Love being able to answer questions a few at a time in between other tasks throughout the day.

afte 10 or 15 question the advertisement will pop up and after you press the skip ad it will come back to number 1

GOOD AND HELPFUL

Now that the rationales have been added this app is one of my favorites. It seems to me the questions get harder as you're testing. I am told nclex is like that. The questions become increasingly harder as you are doing well.

I like this app very much

There are only two apps out there that actually help and have a huge test bank. This app happens to be my favorite! I use it for class tests...hesi tests..and soon the actual nyclex. Thanks for not being another cheesy ten question app that wants money for more questions.

I have only had this app for about an hour, and I've lost count of all the errors. Questions missing information, answers that don't match the questions, rationales that don’t match the questions or answers. Horrible.

Please go over your questions when the answer is right it says wrong but the rationale give the correct answer this can cause failure in the real test

I doesn't give the rationales! The whole point of a study app is to help you learn, so if the it's only tell me when I'm wrong or right it's not fully meeting that need.

Bcz rational is actual

The rationales will often not include a definition of the condition in question. It will simply say, answers A & B are not associated with blah blah blah.
