It won't stay open and it freezes my phone. So frustrated

This one connects to TW64. But gets disconnected every few seconds. No options to configure it. Pretty useless.

Received the tracker today, downloaded app but it keeps crashing everytime i try to register. USELESS!

Not bad. Works as expected. However, I can't update the watch firmware via the app. Please fix.

I've had pretty good luck for the incomparable experiences others have had. Need: Option for miles, standard 12 a.m./p.m. time, constant logging (not turning off every 5 minutes), English translating needs work, more detail in the in-app device guide book. Guide says the watch screen has an option to lock on to stay up on a display but I can't find it or the double-tap doesn't read. Poor touch response. Sleep icons not labeled, just 3 different colors for light sleep/deep sleep. ( darkest=deepest?)

I've uninstalled and reinstalled still the same error. So I've got a pointless watch that can't connect to my phone for data collection. The application builders seriously need to fix this. Feel free to help if you are reading this?

The app is a nice basic app, but keeps disconnecting. Notifications should be possible to select mute, when the phone is in silent, but it must be done manually for each item. Also it does not link to Google Fit or Samsung Health, which would have been great. After further use, I have to say both sleep tracking and steps are so inaccurate that it's worthless (could be a hardware issue). Even pulse readings are way off.

I like the heart rate monitor. The app says its time to upgrade but wont install

My husband and I both have a keyband. They have been accurate on steps and heart rate. Not sure about sleep quality. They did have some issues staying connected to our phones. The alarms work greet. When connected I can see who calls or texts. It's worth the money we paid.

The device is a POS! Won't hold a charge longer than a few hours! I've tried finding a support access point, there is NONE. I can't get help & I can't return it to China where it came from, so I'm stuck with the piece of s¿¡+! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE A-HOLES!

how to setup time? the app doesnt sync anymore

Upgrading my rating to 3 stars. I was finally able to register on the app by using only numbers as my username, password, and nickname. Even then it took several tries. Don't be fooled by asking it to send you a new password - it never arrives. Once the app is up and running it is basic but useful. Not very customizable. One change I would like on the band itself is to be able to change from 24 hour time.

Useless app TOTAL CRAP NOTE 4 app crashes every time i select the device name to pair with app. Inspite of so many people mentioning this issue. the developer doesn't care to solve this problem.

Really happy to have this bracelet for the first time. Happy to see the heartbeat display working, which mean im alive. And as human too, im not satisfy coz the apps is not sync with the bracelet. Fix the issues complained, and this bracelet will be famous in the market. Hope the firmware upgrade shall fix all the issues. As for now, please save your money. Let them fix the issues.

Won't sync, directions do not match what is actually on the bracelet or what it actually does. Makes no sense.

This app is very difficult to use. Everytime I try to update this app I get an error message - unfortunately keyband has stopped. I dont get notifications of messages but I do get notification of incoming calls. I am very frustrated and I have given up with the app and the watch as they are both a complete waste of time and money

Did not recognize my username and pwd..sleep does not upload..apparently not selling enough to maintain app..save your money!!!

The app is mediocre at best. It is a sub par experience. For the people who would like to know how to lack their device, on your watch go to the hr screen turn it on, then double tap.

Please fix sleep graphics different please its hard to read and also cant tell how meany hours of sleep im getting it just says somthing like 430 thats it dont know what that b means heart rate is fine love that it conected to run keeper

Apps looks like it's from 2000. Also connection is frequently lost. App also shows add on home screen! Cannot updat bracelet via app

Every time you minimize the app the bracelet loses Bluetooth also can't update the app

App quit working 2 days ago and I can't even log in.

I can't get it to work I agree what a waste of money. I can't even get the time set.The book that comes with it is worthless. Even my friend who is so tech savvy can't figure it out.

the app frequently disconnects from my smart watch. It cannot maintain a continuous connection. this makes usage very undesirable

I am going unreal results like 1000000 steps a day.no way to delit data.waist of money.pay more and buy something that works.

Disconnects once app is closed, doesn't show number of hours I am asleep. Very poor app configuration.

Update for smart watch available in keyband but update always fails. After new update smart watch updated.

Please dont buy the band or get the app. It's a total scam. Couldnt update the mcu even after 10 tries.

It wont let me register it keeps saying registration failed
