REALRIDER® The Motorcycle App

Just installed the app today, and it's crashed twice within 10 minutes of setting it up. I have a Samsung S6, but it doesn't seem the issues have been sorted yet! Paid for a year's sub on special offer, so I guess I'll stick with it and see if the issues resolve. A good idea, not quite there yet, though.

I had a few teething problems getting set up and getting logged in but their support team sorted it out. The app is good with bike data, mot, insurance etc. Where it falls down is the maps and rides. The app will only track where you've been, not help you get there. my phone is usually connected to my Bluetooth headset. So you need another app to guide you like Google maps. You also can't plan a route on the app and get directions either. So much more to give.

Wieder ohne wirklich wichtige Funktionen. Tracking kann jeder und die ganzen anderen Funktionen bieten andere Apps auch. Wieso keine offline Navigation für Motorradfahrer? Das wäre mal was wirklich neues.

Bought this as was discounted for IAMS subscribers. It has crashed several times. I went for a ride and tried to use it and it wouldn't open. The principal is great if only it worked. It seems to be in beta mode and not really reached its full functionality. The maps of those who were successful in using it are useless as one can not follow their routes. Surely the reason for the map is to view their rides and if interested get directions. This is impossible. How do I go about getting a refund please.

It is a great start to an app, just need finer control over the routes (edit, delete, etc) and eventually an export feature so that you can plot them on a computer (The small map size is a bit of a detriment). Great and timely customer support!

Installed and logged in OK but constantly crashing. Unusable on my Samsung Edge 6+ Shame as shows good potential...

As an IAM member I just received a special offer of £15 a year. Downloaded the app and paid up only to find the most unstable app I have ever had the misfortune to download. It is totally unstable and freezes constantly while navigating around the app. A forced quit is required. Can I rely on this app. NO of course I can't. It is outrageous that you have this on the market in this state. The IAM will be getting my feedback and so will my Youtube channel. Another £15 down the pan.

had the old version installed. installed the new version had a few issues been able to log in. after a couple of realy helpful emails and assistance from abi. had no further problems. this is a great app for us bikers. highly recomend it.

Constantly crashes on HTC M9 and every time I try to unsubscribe I get "something went wrong". I wouldn't trust my life to this thing and I'm glad I've only paid £3.99 so far but at this rate it's going to take me a month to cancel. Poorly made, poorly optimised and full of bugs. Maybe use it for the "fun" features but don't pay a penny for the other stuff until you're sure it's stable on your device. It worked just fine until I enabled the premium crash detection part and then just hangs and crashes. Poor.

Brilliant app. Allows me to record routes and share them with friends. It also allows me to store my MOT dates etc. so I now won't miss an MOT date again! Really easy to use, and if you have any issues, the customer service is brilliant in helping you sort it out. I'll be recommending it to my mates.

A must have app. Have used the previous version for at least a 3 years. Thanks for building this biker friendly app!

Just as bad as the previous attempt. Constant crashes and doesn't save info till you try 2 or 3 times. Poor

Just lost a new customer. I'm not going to pay to trust my life to this if they can't even get the login right.

Downloaded app, input my personal info, at which point it black screened and jammed up. I got a 12 month subscription with the purchase of a new bike. Looks like i wont have the opportunity to use it.

I have tried and tried to download and the open an account and all I get to is an error try again later I will stick with BBR never had a problem with the program

I hope I never need it but since I do alot of riding on my own and down dark lanes its a comfort to know someone is there just incase

Installed and registered email and password but it then refuses to accept my profile details and without those you cannot proceed. Tried 4 times and gave up as not worth wasting my time trying to work out a solution

Love the concept but will rate 5 stars once it's in South Africa! :D
