- Un espace Public : je peux y accéder sans authentification et bénéficier d’un ensemble de services pratiques (géo localisation d’une agence Société Générale, consultation des contacts utiles, consultation du cours des devises, simulation de crédits à la consommation ou de prêts immobiliers…)
- mon espace sécurisé. : il suffit que j’active mon compte pour y accéder de manière sécurisée et bénéficier de toutes les fonctionnalités liées à la gestion de mes comptes bancaires. Je peux consulter mes comptes et mes cartes, envoyer de l’argent à mes proches, paramétrer mes alertes…

CIH is such a better app. I can get everything done through it. Sgmb , it won't even let me check my account. It keeps saying user not found. And it's soooo slow. I hope you guys decide to make it better sometime soon because people now use apps to take care of personal matters. I pay everything through CIH app.

Dans l'attente de la prochaine version !! La localisation des agences sur la carte Map recharge la carte suite à chaque zoom ou mouvement et on revient à l'endroit de début. Prenez votre temps mais livrez nous une App bien testée.

Le process d'activation est très lent et defaillant. 48 heures pour la demande et la réception du contrat, puis une éternité pour recevoir le SMS d'activation qui se perd dans la nature. Bref, je n'ai même pas encore eu l'accès à l'application et je suis déjà dégoûté, je me demande comment peut-on faire confiance pour des transactions bancaires à une app qui ne fonctionne pas !!
