I can't believe you took out the store! that is the only reason I got this app! I have been saving up points for YEARS to get a tv as a surprise for my mother in law. And now when I finally have enough saved up you take the store away! I will be deleting this app until you bring the store back and all my friends and family will be to! There is no reason to even have the app anymore! Thanks for wasting my time tn vip you suck!

Since update this app will not work at all! I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and it still don't work. Also taking the store out was a horrible idea! Makes a lot of people not want to waste the time to save and enter tickets

I KNOW they've seen a dramatic reduction in average sales. It's tax time but their sales are going way down just because the store was an interest to 700,000 regular lottery customers. Instead of fixing whatever problems they had with the store they took the lazy way out. Those people need to be fired and replaced

This app fuxing sucks now. This greedy lottery has officially ruined the only fun in losing tickets... Stop being greedy and give ALL OF US our store back to shop with... WHY EVEN DOUBLE our POINTS??? There's no store to spend them on. Also there was notification saying they were removing the store as a final. Very crooked.

When you removed the store where you could use your points to purchase items this made this app sux now. Very bad ideal to do this. I would not recommend at all now.

I really liked this app until they took out the store. Now all u can can do with your points is try to win something that thousands of people are trying to win and only one or a few will win it. If I'm going to go through the trouble to put points in I'd rather put those to points to something I can get myself then throw them away. Heck the reason I put the points in is because the ticket wasn't a winner in the 1st place and when I enter it in for points it goes in for 2 nd chance winnings heck if I can't win at those at least I could have got something from the store. Can't do that now. This isn't fair! Very unhappy with this app now :(

This app sucks. It used to be fun going on it and being able to get merchandise. I won't be entering any more ticket numbers. Everybody knows chances are very very slim on winning any of the things offered for the drawings and how many working people have the money to pay the taxes on the "prizes" anyway

Y'all need to bring back the store's because we put actual money in these losing tickets.... Whole point of this app is to get stuff with the losing tickets and money lost that we lost. At first y'all let us save up the points to get what we wanted from there store even though there was more money put into the tickets that was actually lost but at least we got something back and now that y'all took that away y'all going to be losing alot of business including myself until y'all bring this back.

Don't even want to play much anymore since the store is gone.. The chance to buy things with the losing tickets was motivation to spend.. I barely play anymore. Its dumb.. Bye tn lotto.

Not only did they ruin it by taking out the store, some people are seeing issues now where they have to scan a ticket multiple times for it to actually scan and submit the info. This app has gone downhill fast.

The app itself is a bit crude to me but does the job. And not to the fault of the actual app but the TN lottery people, I'm with everyone else in regards to the store closing. They actually did give notice, but the explanation wasn't clear that they would be doing away with the store for good. I may waste my remaining points on drawings but once theyre zeroed thats it. This really sucks and I was a late comer but heck Im glad I went ahead and bought a few fragrances while I could. Oh well no more going through the trash at my local corner store lol

When i updated the app my store disappeared ive saved up to shop what happened??? Please fix yhis issue i mean this really sucks after how long i have had this app.

I took so long to save my points to buy stuff at the store very unhappy now store closed really bites I hate the drawing never win jack feel ripped off bring back the store so I can use my points not worth buying to tickets if I can't buy stuff at the store

I spend hours entering these tickets to get stuff from the store. And you just remove it without warning. Its crap to enter drawings for junk you don't want and won't even win. Furthermore there aren't even any big winning tickets in the stores anymore.

Why did you remove the store. So many of us have been saving our points to buy items. Might I add that that is money we have spent on tickets that we didn't win anything on, an only got a few points from. So disappointed!!

I truly hate it now that you have removed the store..It serves no purpose now..I will never be a second chance winner nor a winner in the drawings..I have a lot of points and more to put in but why waste my time when I can't shop in the store anymore..Please bring the store back ASAP

Now this is the worst app ever now it's bull . all they what to do is like taking your money when u do play but on here they just want to take your point really who's going to win a car come on should have left it the way it was

After I updated the store disappeared. And it's rejected several tickets in the past 20 mins. Now I can't enter anymore tickets for 12 hours? What kind of ridiculous crap is that?

If you are not gonna pit the store back up I believe since us Tennessee's are at least owed an explanation I mean you make your money because of us the very least you could do is offer an explanation

Terrible app. Have to manually login each you open it! Scanner is very buggy and slow at times as well, this despite having a phone with the best camera on the market.

No store way to go corporate greed. Give prizes most people can't pay taxes on that will make them feel like a winner.

I love the store before, but I don't like the new rewards at all bring back the store so I can use my points and everyone else can use there, PLEASE.

Can no longer shop the store. It takes forever to scan tickets at times. Why provide a service when it cant be used. Y'alls IT department is horrible.

Why did you take away the VIP store? It's not fun anymore. How long do you think people will keep entering tickets and not winning anything? Trust me not long. Will you please bring the store back.

Bring back the store. Points for raffles or drawings is terrible. There are hundreds of us that were saving points for purchases, and just when we all get close...no store, just drawings. Fix your business model and listen to your customers.

The App was awesome until the store was removed. Now it sucks and really discourages me from playing tickets again.

I've been saving up my points jus got them to take the store out. Didn't mind buying the tickets cuz of I lost jus added points to my account now don't even wanna buy any cuz don't wanna loose nothing...
