Efing garbage probably paid for by us taxpayers and it don't even work

Works great for sc as nning my scratch offs. Especially great for the bingo scratch tickets so you have peace of mind you didn't miss a winner. Love it!

Latest update broke the ticket checker. Now it's useless.

Worked fine for a couple of years then stopped working. The only option this app offers is "close app?" Or "send feedback." uninstall.

After using the app, I now see why so few installed it. While it gives you access to the newest games, the one thing I need it to do (i.e., check whether I won or not) it can’t do. After submitting my barcode scan, the app seems stuck in a continual “processing” loop. No force close, etc. resolves the issue. At the very least, I was able successfully to submit my second chance drawing (I hope). Unfortunately, I’ll be uninstalling the app. It’s easier and faster to check winning numbers online.

This App is worthless and frustrating. PA lottery should read their reviews and fix the problem. The scan used to work. Now it works when it feels like it which is seldom. I'll use the online website instead.

Worked fine now it's worthless. I attempted to scan tickets which it does only to continue to process the info and give you no results. Waste of time ! Unistalling at this point .

What Happened It used to work great, it was fast, and clean with instant results. I don't know what was done but now it does nothing, reads no connection and just spins. Its a shame.

It seems almost every time I want to go on this app, there's a error or just won't work. I keep trying over and over. And try to restart my phone. But nothing works. It's too bad, I like the app if it worked.

It was great in the beginning, about a month ago it started acting up, now it stopped working 99% of the time. Plus I don't trust it now. On the other hand, it dies work on the second chance drawing, but I do have to scan the tickets twice....

This app is garbage anymore just like the scratch offs you play in the stores. This app used to work fine then they had to mess with it. If it ain't broke don't try to fix it. Uninstalling

About once a week, the application error pops up and the app will not open, and since I'm advid lottery player this sucks. But I still rated it a 4

Ticker checker has not been working lately. Now I have to check at a nearby lottery place. I don't want other customers to know if I won big or not.

It used to work fine. Now it just sits on a blank screen. Uninstalled it. Cleared cache. Restarted phone. Reinstalled it. Still the same crap.

I'm having issues accessing it. I keep getting error message when trying to sign on. If this contimiss I will uninstall. Not worth the frustration. Old version was better.

Ticket scanner is the worst. Takes over 5 minutes for it to focus enough to scan.

They should read the reviews! Worked good before now it does nothing but take up space. Need to fix the issues it's having NOW!

Cannot get in since I re-download ed it. The age verification comes on BUT you can NOT check the box to continue

You were good at first. But everytime I update you get worse.so now you suck!!!!! One out of ten tickets scan. Why won't you all fix the scanner????????????

Seems like the past couple days, according to reviews, this app is broken. Hope they fix it in a couple days, otherwise I'll shitcan it

I like this app. But lately I have been having some problems with it not working. Thinking l might uninstall it. But I will miss it.

Come on Pa lottery, fix the ticket scanner!!! Used to work great. Now it pretty much worthless. Have to scan ticket multiple times to get to scan!!!

Up until 3 weeks ago i would rate this app a 5,but for the last 3 weeks the ticket scan portion of the app just continues to process without actually reading and giving a result,uninstalled app and reinstalled,worked perfectly 1 time and back to the same issue

This app is trash now, I loved it but now the ticket scanner doesn't work. I thought it was me so I uninstalled and reinstalled but same thing happens, come on here and see everyone else is having the same problem....not sure what you guys did but this is now just a waste of time, patience and memory space

Worst app I have ever tried to use, and I emphasize 'tried' because it does not work. Ticket scanner takes multiple attempts, and even then often does not recognize ticket (goes into 'processing' mode and app must be aborted). On top of that, they add pop-up ads that require me to hit the X before I can go on with trying to use their useless app. Just another example of government ineptitude, either in doing the job themselves or finding the most incompetent subcontractor.

For the last 2 weeks I have been having trouble getting in the app. to check my numbers. Don't know what you did to it. But if I can't get into check my numbers why buy them.

I used to love this app, BUT IT NO LONGER WORKS! totally useless now! Uninstalling!!!!

Why does this app always shut down or even never come up what's wromg?

At least the old version worked scanning tickets. I guess Pennsylvania isn't making enough in taxes to have a decent app.

It's been months since ticket checker stopped working and PA lottery continues to ignore it instead of fixing it. Idiots!!!

Ticket scanner is unnecessarily dark, needs the flash in a well lit room. Could be improved

Installed, and reinstalled. Cleared Cache, restarted my phone. Scanner still won't work , just processes.

Dosn' t read tickets just keeps processing called lottery they were absolutely no help insist it is my phone but it dosn' t work on friends phones either , reinstalled about 10 times still dosn' t work, they told me I am the only one having an issue apparently they don't read comments on here or on Facebook page with all the money they make you would think they could hire technicians that know what they are doing!
