Scanner doesn't work on any tickets. Says take to retailer after refocusing about ten times.

QR scanner works, but simply says "winner." I want to know how much I won without going to the store. I'm out of state and typically give the ticket to a sibling to cash in. Also the scanner is very slow to respond.

It opens fine abd you can check numbers online but if you need to scan a ticket it says go to retailer an error has occurred, if I want to go out then I would this is a useless app

Would be nice if it tells you how much you won. As of 3/2/17 every ticket I scanned. it tells me to bring it to the store.

The other parts are fine, I can never get the scanner to work.

Does not work as described. Wouldn't scan tickets and when it randomly worked said to bring to a retsiler for scan. Pure garbage.

App don't work, view finder doesn't work neither. Please fix. 10/9/15

Can't check any tickets because the scanner doesn't work. I guess I'll continue using the website until they actually make the app work.

The scanner works fine you have to scratch off the box in the corner and its says take ticket to retailer cuz you won also if you're to dense to know if its a winner or not maybe you should stick to playing candy land and eating jello

The app works fine just takes a while to focus. Went through a bag of old tickets my family saves and found out we missed $30 worth of winners.

App is slow and very unresponsive. Have to click the scan ticket button several times to get to load and then it just says to take the ticket to a retailer. No point of using the app

Freezes up. Or when you scan say take ticket to retailer

Nexus 6 (6.0.1) I won $250 but when you scan it, it says take ticket to retailer. I wish it would say how much $$$$$ you won versus taking to retailer :( I won't use it any longer, uninstalling. Thanks anyway :-)

As for the "Unclaimed Prize" list, I'll just go on the actual website. I'm rather disappointed. I have a Samsung Galaxy S 3.

When trying to scan barcodes it takes 5 minutes to get the camera to focus on the barcode before it will actually read it. So annoying.

Downloaded app today 9/30/15. Scanner says to place barcode in view finder. Well... There is no view finder, and tickets won't scan. Junk app like everyone is saying. 0 stars.

Maybe ya should up grade to a version were you can type the numbers you play on all the games you play and if the numbers are winners you'll get a text showing your a winner for the numbers you play ..wow that's a good idea..lol

Tell me if my ticket has any winning numbers, don't just tell me to bring it to a retailer...
