Dear IT Support team, when ever I use this app, even without multiple others apps, it's getting hanged. My whole mobile is getting hanged because of this app. I love to read news from today. Request you to please fix the issues. Thank you

Either sacked your outsource App developer or just get rid of this app altogether... you are not looking at the app rating....if there can select no star....your app probably one of the lowest rank. Uninstalled till you respond to all the feedback....we are indirectly paying you through the ads by using the app...so dont treat us like it is free n we have no expectation.

Infested with so many pop-up ads it's unusable. It's nearly certain you will tap on a pop-up ad without intention within a minute of using this app. It's irritating.

crashes frequently not nice. crash and affects my phone not nice. slows down my phone not nice. search function is nice. layout is nice. daily briefing is nice.

I'm actually better off and faster reading the hardcopy. Terrible ttm.

Excellent SG News when travelling .

The App now is working damn slow and stupid after updating it. Especially when browsing the PDF file and I can't share the PDF file totally. I hate using it now! Hopefully, the developer can do something about it to improve the user satisfaction.

Was good because it doesn't have an article limit unlike the ST app, but not data-friendly considering there are not so many images downloaded. Is it the ads that we are downloading??

Hate the newest update. Every single article that I read will inadvertently scroll on to the next article when I try to scroll down. Happens every single time. Also not stable, crashes when I tried to access the drop down bar on top left. Though it looks sleeker, I hated it. Oh, what's with the stupid video advertisement each time!!!! Crap.

Apps like these gives both the organisation and the platform a bad reputation.

New UI gives bigger screen to read print edition but there's no option to choose page you want to go to. When apps reset, will have to scroll page by page again.

Except the instant breaking news, the app is retarded and slow. Missing android:installLocation="auto" Can't move to bigger storage e.g. SD card, irritating Ads on every home screen.

App does not work with Go Explorer. Cant be opened when im in go explorer.

Page auto scrolls (jumps) to any place it wants. I guess everytime the page reloads, the programmer has kindly forgotten to save the previous position and it keeps jumping up or down any which ways. It's a simple fix. Why leave this bug for years?

What else can irritate ppl more than to hv to force close an app all the time?

The auto-scrolling problem persists. There are more ads with the newer version but that's still okay because this is a free app. But the annoying thing are the ads placed between articles. They keep appearing and disappearing and the articles shift when they appear/disappear so that sometimes you click on the ads when the articles shift down. Not sure if this is a tactic to get people to click on ads but either way please fix this.

It's embarrassing how poorly executed this app is - scrolling issues, partially loaded articles, frequent crashes, etc. go unresolved for months (years?). Any self-respecting news outlet would have pulled this app off the app store.

The page is downloaded 1 page by 1 page. It should be download all at once easy for reading and fliping pages

7th march: hangs AGAIN! and its been going on for the past week! This is NOT first time. I really like the UX of the app when it does work, but I am forced by all these bad experiences to switch to other apps with not so good UX but at least it works. Extremely slow app, sometimes doesn't load at all even over strong WiFi or 4g. I like the interface but it really sucks when I can't even get past the red screen with the big today logo! Please improve it!

App crashes, articles fail to load or load partially, ads are intermittent. Suggestion for all facing same issue: use Chrome, open the mobile web version, under Settings, click Add to Home screen.
