Simple, lightweight conversion tool for baking or cooking measurements.
Choose one of several ingredients, type an amount (or use the handy seekbar), and select the unit you are converting from, and you will instantly have that measurement in eleven other units.
Convert volumes (ml to gal), weights (kg to lb), or both (g to ml)! Extremely easy to use.
Ingredients: ground almonds, baking powder, baking soda, butter, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, cake flour, milk, packed brown sugar, white sugar, and water.
Units of Measurement: ounces (oz), pounds (lb), grams (g), kilograms (kg), teaspoons (tsp), tablespoons (tbsp), millilitres (ml), litres (l), cups, pints, quarts, and gallons.
Note: All measurements are performed in North American units.

I think this is an excellent app. I would give it 5 stars if I had the ability to add additional ingredients. since I'm in a culinary arts program, I could then use app to bake a variety of breads.
