Hi Team, I have made a purchase through Pointswala app but still I am not able to redeem the points. Request you to please enable the redemption in the app. This is really pathetic when people will not reply to continuous mails even. Hope will get reply from your side and enable redemption option for me.

Guys don't by mistaken download these app. It is a fake app I have 500 point but can't redeem they say it takes 2 weeks to confirm but a month is pass my redeem points doesn't confirm at all. Fake app don't download it. T&C are also false of these app don't even want to give 1 star but to write a comment we have to give a star.

Had Searched almost 2000 products from different sites at one single place...very user friendly..... (Sir, I am having 450 points but due to referral reward stopped I am not able to complete 500 points target... Please give some way to redeem this 450 points.)

I purchased an item through pointswala app ..its been 20 days yet my points are not redeemable ...why is it taking too long ..how to contact customer care and give them proof of my purchase..

After 4 month of installation of app when I redeem show purchase a product from my app..now I purchased a product from your app on Amazon and post all details on your mail id but there is no response from your side and also I was not able to redeem after 2 week of purchase in the app..really irritating..

I have sent message regarding about redemption then you have told to send invoice of your order ....which I have sent on your mail but no reply

After purchase.. not able to redeem gv.. mailed you but no reply no action.. fraud company i already give you transection detail...

i wanted my 500 voucher today right now a i am filing a case against points wala in cyber cell branch.

i just hate this type of apps firstly refer and earn is not working and after get points he says just shop from pointswala then u can redeem ur points.... Total Faltu... Time waste app... Don't Download

Sir in T&cs it show when you reached 500 point and more when you redeem it but I have 515 point but I cannot able to redeem it Help me Sir

Its totally fake app,i ordered one product even after i'm unable to redeem my point almost 2 weeks are already gone even they not reply to you mail. Totally fake.....

Hello , guys This is totally fake app don't believe this app. I think government or other authority need to action against such fake app company . This is worst app , I used in my life . Don't used this , he will never give you coupon of his promise . Fake Feku and also fraud .

Bakwas App hai. Bewkoof bnate h logo ko 2 mahine tak points bnake jab redeem Kiya to points to cut gye lekin 500/- ka Amazon voucher nahi mila.

Hate their terms and conditions. And their products browsing takes years to show up and I have to browse from first every time. Yuk.

Read fully before installing 1. For redemption of this app points you must require to at least one purchase made from this app 2. I have 450 points in my account bt can't redeem just because I have to purchase from this app only.

It is said that we should buy a product in order to redeem the points. Does the product can be anything from the retailers after redirecting from your app or the products which are available only in this app. Please respond.
