I read the reviews and I experience the same, Password cannot be reset. I called 991 customer service and I spoke to a very unprofessional staff as if he answered his personal phone does not even introduce himself and just plain poor communication. I told him my concern and right away he told me wait 2 days for the email link (Password reset for 2 days???). Obviously he just want to end the call and like what I saw here it seems I will not get any link too. It suppose to make payment easier but NO. Pay personally save your time with this app and dont bother calling 991 go to the SEWA office much better.

I was trying check my bill .I am unable to change my lost Password every time I try it said not registered but when I m going to register is saying this user ID available .My suggestions to the developer is to make update the application .When you try to reset you Password .They will send the links after 24 h .Or some time no links

Don't download! It's complicated and not well organized! And when you call for help, the phones doesn't get answered, and when you email them they don't reply! I registered a month ago, still waiting for the confirmation email! Disgusted!

This is frustrating app, if you're willing to go for green bill so do it properly application is very poor Emirates ID number not found, passport number not found when registration So what kind of ID will work Disappointing

This is a government apps, to the one invented this app. Please don't make a joke we really need this apps for payment and checking bill. Please fix this ASAP. And please don't put a contact number or trunk line that always busy.

I try to submit fault report but it say we can not submit now tey again latter not working properly.

It downloads my bill once every 3 days without even opening the app.

Just usless very complicated too register to many attachments needed it is not a straight forward application like Dubai One which nothing is needed to register just a credit card verification via your bank account... Better pay you Bill with machine or Ansari

رقم حساب غير موجود شو هالكلام الفاضي اتمنى التطوير اول ادخل رقم حسابي واشوف الفاتوره وكان شهر الي طاف واحين لايوجد رقم حساب مع احترامي البرنامج والخدمات المقدمه تحتاج لتطوير كثير

Very disappointed. Very complicated process to register new account

عندي مشكلة في عداد الغاز لا يعمل ...اردت تقديم بلاغ باستخدام التطبيق ... وملأت كل المعلومات المطلوبة وحملت صورة الفاتورة وعندما ضغطت على زر إبلاغ أعطاني رساله بأنه لا يمكنني الابلاغ حاول مرة أخرى ... منذ أسبوع وأنا أحاول نفس المشكلة لم تتغير

مع تطبيق كل ماذكر لفتح حساب الكتروني عندهم وارسال بريد الكتروني بالاب ديت المطلوب ولازال السستم لا يعمل بشكل جيد ولا يستجيب الا باظهار الفاتورة فقط ولايوجد امكانية للدفع مطلقا لا يستحق ولا نجمه بصراحه فااااااشل ..

تطبيق فاشل

هذا التطبيق الوحيد الذي أجده على النت الذي يطلب أوراق ثبوتية للتسجيل. الطريقة الأصح هي اتمام التسجيل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أولا ثم ربط حساب التطبيق بحساب ديوا عبر رقم المشترك. يفترض ان ديوا لديها صور هوية و ما شابهها من أوراق ثبوتية لماذا يتم طلبها للتسجيل. الأمر أشبه بدائرة حكومية ورقية أكثر منه تطبيق ذكي. حاولت الاستعلام عن فاتوة عن طريق رقم الاشتراك الذي أخزنه و أدفع عن طريقه في المكائن بعد أن توقف العمل مع البنك لكن التطبيق أفاد بأن ليس لدي اشتراك. أستغرب كيف تأتيني الكهرباء والماء والغاز إذا؟

Now the update is working good.

For online payment lots of things to do. Tacking lots of time and permissions. Kindly advise.
