7shifts Employee Scheduling

I have this app for work at Taco Time and sometimes it doesn't work when it should. Sometimes it doesn't log in to see your work schedule and sometimes its doesn't. It needs lot more improvements then this. It can very frustrating for a lot employees that do use this app. Please do make better improvements on this app. It is disappointing even coming from a Taco Time employee. This needs to be fixed right away. There are are lot of people that do use this app for work and that there are people that don't drive that do use this app. For everyone that do use this app and to all the general managers out there please make sure that this app is accountable to being able to log in for you and your employee scheduling. It may not be perfect but it diffently needs to make sure that this app works for any managers and employees.

When i look at next weeks schedule then close the app then reopen it with having to log in it still shows next weeks schedule Im only an employee looking at the schedule and it happened to a nother employee and she ended up late for her shift.

The app won't allow me to access my work schedule. Extremely frustrating and nerve wrecking. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app. The app continues to pop up on screen reading "Error SSL handshake timed out", what does that mean?

Got a new phone and had to install this of course. Tells me I have invalid user name and password even tho I use the same combo to log on my laptop

Constantly crashes. Other than that 5 stars. But I mean CONSTANTLY

Id like to see who is working during the week while i am not working so i know who to contact (Restaurant)

The concept is fantastic. When a co-worker showed me the app, I was blown away. It makes everything so accessable. The sole drawback, how many times it crashes. I have not been able to access my messages at all, as the application shuts down every time I attempt to access it. A true pain in the butt, as the in-app messaging is one of its highlights.

This app 100% of the time crashes on me when I go to look at the schedule for the day. Its so frustrating, I cant even see my crew for the day. Before that bug it would 100% of the time crash on me when I would change the schedule to departments to help divide each store up. No I have to scroll through each and every storeemployee to find my guys. GET IT FIXED. This is required for my job and there is nothing more frustrating than the same problem reoccurring for over 2+ weeks without any intent to fix it. I have sent feedback many times after it crashes and you guys (the developers) dont seem to care at all.

It stops/crashes often especially while in messages.

I reset my phone and cant even download it again for my schedule

This app always forgets my password. When I try to send a reset request to the email on file, it takes six or more tries before it sends the reset link. Terrible software.

Just got back to the restaurant industry and I love this! I wish it was around the first time but I am elated to have it now. So easy and amazing!

Just an idea: you should be able to see shifts that are up for grabs from the calendar/schedule screen, not just the shift pool. It would make it way easier to pick up shifts at a glance, rather than switching back and forth

Very handy!!

Getting better but still kind of crashy, and I've tried on multiple devices. Bug: messages are still marked as unread until I read them on the website. For mgmt, difficult to process schedule changes that aren't exact 1:1 swaps, so I have to go to the web.

Put the god dam availability tab back on it its miss leading, I can't do what my bass ask thank to this..

On my Nexus 6 when I open the app it shows me the web version of 7 shifts and not the actual app. How can I fix it?????

Great! However, I can't seem to see the entire comment someone puts under their shift on shift pools because I click on it and nothing happens

This seems to do what it's supposed to do.

Could be better if the schedule would upload to the calendar, so you don't have to pen out to see your schedule.

I have an old nexus tablet, and for some reason every time I open it, it says "unfortunately, 7shifts has stopped" Any help on how to correct this is greatly appreciated.

Works decently enough. Sometimes the app displays 12hr clock times instead of my system default of 24hr. A useful, and seemingly obvious feature would be custom alarms before scheduled shifts.

The app is quick and useful. Support was helpful in getting issues I had resolved. Nice job on the Material Design!!

It'll be nice to be able to send a direct message to co workers on this app.
