It comes with a night mode to dim your display.
Android 4.2+ users can also set Nightstand Clock as a daydream--a "screensaver" that your phone displays if it is charging or docked.

Love this 'Daydream', only wish the digits changed a little more fluently as can be a little disturbing at times. Well done, though!

Really useful but doesn't auto-rotate to landscape under Daydream on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Rotates OK if run normally, just not under Daydream for some reason (Android 6.0.1)

Press the night mode button... brilliant just what I wanted but 30 seconds later it goes back to full brightness am I missing something?

I love that this app shows JUST THE TIME and nothing else. Not even useless seconds. Not the Android system tray. So many other apps clutter and light up the screen with things you don't need. This shows just the time! The only thing I don't like is that it goes black and then lights up again quickly every time the minute changes. I have no idea what purpose that might serve and I don't like that it draws my attention unnecessarily.

Can there be options added to have the background colored and illuminated instead of just black? Maybe even having the current wallpaper available as the background for the clock. In addition, I'd like to be able to always see the status bar at the top of the screen while the clock is displayed.
