Fitch Learning Mobile

I appreciate Fitch Learning course materials very much in general. The website works pretty well. But this app is totally unusable for me. It is constantly stuck at 0% trying to download course structure; no progress ever. Tried restarting, reinstalling... It simply does not work on my Nexus with the latest stock Android version.

Gets stuck on 'download queued' and never seems to progress. Disappointing as the portal works so well.

As soon as the app starts up it crashes. Please could this be fixed ASAP

Crashes upon opening - before even logging in. Extensive dialogue with customer service team who were remarkably unhelpful - including pretending to be unaware of the problem despite numerous comments here on the same issues *where the app development team responds - thus clearly indicating they are aware of the faulty app*

IMC course does not show up on the app

Have so much to learn about this new app! I'm sure my other half will be amazed to see how much this has to offer! I am so interested in how this is gonna be inspiring!

Useful app, but downloading lecture to watch offline is very slow.

Trying to switch between courses. No access to PCIAM course on mobile app.

When I download the videos to watch it offline during my commuting, it takes of lot of space of my mobile, with only 5 videos it reached to 2.3GB, I wonder If this thing is managable and how to clear that memory space?

I was never able to completely log in. While the app starts loading after log in info , it reaches 20% and shuts off. I tried reinstalling it couple times but didn't have any luck!

Courses are not filtered by release dates so it gets you confused looking at the app (before it was the case). Downloading works less well than before according to me.

I downloaded videos for IAD tax course, and now can't watch them, just get a blank white screen. Videos now just completely missing even for steaming option.

The latest update classifies the slides as a "video", and since you can only have 5 "videos" downloaded, this means you can either have the entire lecture or you can have the slides for it. Great stuff :-(

So after the latest update, every time I log in, the app crashes. Please fix those asap.

It seems to be a problem that many others are having, but after logging in, the app consistently crashes and reports a network error (with or without wifi). Please look into this--I would love to be able to use this on my commute. Thank you!

Keeps crashing on first page. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing helps.

I cant use the questions even when I use the WIFI in the tube. No way I can get the test downloaded to be done online. It is very sad this tool is not working after everything I have paid.

I can never login, always prompt password incorrect even I am using the one sent by reset email. Very disappointed.

App is not as polished as some but works nonetheless. One minor problem ifs when doing questions and changing the orientation on a tablet - some of the formatting is messed up.

Works well, but some questions cropped on right margin. Would bebgreat to be able to report/flag questions for sending when the app syncs...
