mPLUS Places

I love this app, I truly do, but; for whatever reason, I'm unable to link my points nor my levels from the Weather Channel app to the mPLUS app. I'm on level 26 on the Weather Channel app and on my way up. I will love for both apps to reflect each other. mPLUS, can you please fix this issue..please?! Or, tell me how I can. Thanks in advance!!

I loved this app, but they've changed so much of the good stuff. Checking in used to be a minimum of 10 points plus lots of bonus points places. Now it's 5 points & rare bonus places. Prize boxes used to get you more points. The majority now are entries into random drawings - most of which I'm not interested in winning. At least let people pick their own entries. (BTW -Does anyone win these? I've used this app for years and never won any of the 1000's I've been entered into.) I also get an email for every prize box that's an entry plus every time there's a drawing telling me I didn't win. Hundreds of emails every week to delete. Please switch back to points for prize boxes, less email, more bonuses. Make this app fun again.

I placed an order for my 62,500 redemption points and nobody has contacted me back about it. The redemption rewards are supposed to be within 3 days, this has been at least 21 days. I have sent multiple requests for updates and got no response to any if them. Very poor and sad service, I think they are out of business.

This app used to pay out but on March 30th I redeemed 25,000 points for an Amazon gift card and still have not received it. I have contacted support several times and all they keep saying is that I'll have my 10.00 Amazon gift card within 2-3 days. Well now it's April 17th and I still haven't received it. I have updated my email quite a long time ago and that's the only way I can receive it.

Prize boxes that can be claimed one every hour AND the ones that accumulate after 24 hours in the claim icon at top right of the screen have switched from points you could earn to entries into prizes that no one every wins. You've turned my favorite rewards apps into

I used to get 10 points for checking in, now the points were reduced to 5. You also don't offer as many bonus points. This makes it take much longer to earn enough points to redeem. When clicking on 37 prize boxes, I only received 11 points because most boxes,were contest tickets. Because the chances of winning a contest are slim, I prefer to earn the points instead.

This app USED to be good. They decreased the points you earn by checking in by HALF and there are no commercials for points or scavenger hunts like there used to be. I submitted 62,500 for a gift card months ago that I never received even after making multiple reports to the app. It takes a long time to earn rewards now. Almost all of the gift boxes are sweepstakes entries and not points which stinks! How is this rewarding people to use your app when it takes 6 months to earn enough points for a $25 gift card?! Very disappointing compares to what it used to be

Absolutely horrible! I have used this app for years and am so disgusted with the decline in points and customer service. I have been waiting to receive a gift card from points I redeemed weeks ago. I have sent many emails explaining and haven't even received the email stating my reward is on the way. Extremely disappointed in what had been my favorite app. I hope things change soon.

My account was hacked. Someone changed my password and put in another email. Now I can't get into my account because I get a message that my email doesn't exist. I had over 154,000 stolen. Based on the reviews I wasn't the only one hacked today. I'm hoping to have my account and points restored but based on another review it doesn't sound like this company is helping it's users. All they have to do is cancel the hackers order (since rewards aren't sent out for weeks) and my restore account to where it was. Once this happens I'll gladly change my rating to give stars.

Update: I dropped the rating from 5 star to 1 star. In the last two months, they have stopped redeeming gift cards . It use to take 3 days and now it has been almost three weeks. No customer service and no replies to emails giving me the feeling that there may be financial problems with this company.

Was in the middle of collecting my prize boxes when it just shut off. Now it won't come up at all and it's been 4 days now. Is there an update that'll fix the problem? It doesn't work on wifi or regular service. Please fix asap!!!

Good concept but the delivery has been poor lately. Don't know if the company is having problems or what but rewards take longer to receive, customer service response is slow and the game just isn't as fun as it used to be. Out of 57 reward boxes only 7 had points. The others were unwanted entries for their bogus sweepstakes. Get it together Session M...

I see that now instead of rewarding you points, they give you an entry into a sweepstakes for a prize you don't want. Out of 38 possible point rewards, 34 were for a sweepstakes drawing instead of points. That's absolutely ridiculous. So beware that their claim of reward points for checking in places is false.

Love MPlaces Would you please fix the redemption column. Every time I try to collect on my gift cards I can't, because the word REDEEM is missing from the redemption column. I have sent several emails letting you know, but can't seem to get an answer from you. The first email I sent on 2/23/17 you did reply to and said that you knew about the problem and were working to correct it, but it has yet to be fixed. The other three emails I sent after 2/23/17 you never bothered to answer. PLEASE FIX

I was hacked today... Someone changed my password and email address... Then stole over 187500 points!! Very frustrating!! I loved this app until today.. totally unacceptable. I received notification AFTER password was changed! I will change rating when my issue is resolved and my points returned!! Seems like I'm not the only person hacked this week!! Day 8 after being hacked... Still no response from hell desk!! What a joke!! 2 weeks and still no resolution!! I want my points back!!

The GPS locator is off a lot of the times and when you do get prize boxes instead of giving points they give you sweepstakes entries that flood your inbox with emails. Once upon a time you would get decent points for achievements but those days are gone. 2 thumbs down

I cashed in for a $25 Walmart giftcard and $1 Amazon over a month ago and never got the code to redeem. They answered my email 1 time and their solution to clear my data cache and uninstall and reinstall the program didn't help at all, still no codes. I've written back to them over 10 times and now they don't answer my emails or help request. I guess time to give them up, but angry they owe me gift cards!

DO NOT buy this app. it is a scam. there are not winners to all givaways. You can ask questions on their page and they say they will respond in 24 hours. a little longer if busy. i sent 3 different requests weeks apart and have not gotten one reply. do not fall for this scam

Worked great when first got it. Now I keep getting useless entries into drawings for places I've never even heard of / places nowhere near me. More entries than points!! And I never win anything. I'd rather get one point rather than an unwanted drawing entry.

Ok i had 5000 points and now its down to 6000 and now i cant get in touch with mplaces. Theres no way for me now to get in touch with email even though i have redeemed several times before. All of sudden my email doesnt work for this app i got locked out for 24 hours because it says i exceeded using a password wrong even though ive used this app for YEARS. Ive used this app faithfully every day and now cant get in touch smh

I agree with most, now insteas of collecting points, you get useless sweepstakes entries. You have more of a chance winning a big lottery then winning one of their sweepstakes. Seriously thinking about uninstalling this and all related apps.

I had been receiving the gift boxes back on my screen, and Something had to of been changed and I appreciate that being fixed. There is another issue, maybe it is not just with myself and my daughter -in-law, but when you check in to places one day, and then when time has passed to go back and collect what had been accumulated from day before, there is maybe 2 or 3 boxes that actually give you points, and the rest are winning entries for prizes, that I may or may not win, and may or may not have a use for one of the prizes if I did happen to win. Points are more useful for me. I haven't gotten hundreds of dollars in gifts cards, and I have just started playing certain games for points, accumulating points much quicker until points have been cut down from 10 to 5, and entries instead of points. Any1 else having this issue? I have loved this app. I have received great points which in turn I get money on cards in return. I am not sure if something is up with the app, or if it gets harder to use the longer you are a user of it. I am having problems with location being updated, as I go from place to place. When I bring up venues you click on points, it doesn't update from previous locations thus limiting me the amount of points I can obtain in one day. This has been going on for a week or so. I rely on it updating.

They are having enormous financial problems. They have had a decrease in ad revenue and paid out to much in rewards to people. They changed their business model. It's disappointing that they didn't plan better. They were dropped from the Weather Channel. At some point in time in the future they will be going under.

Prize boxes are now only sweepstakes entries that are never won. Then you get a good luck email for every single one! So you have to delete 35 emails everyday. What happened to the points? Now it takes forever to earn them. Very disappointed.

My account got Hacked. Someone changed my password and email and redeemed my points for gift cards. Couple attempts to contact mPLUS with no replies. Even received an email in regards to password being changed and asked me to email them if I didn't make the change. The email was unable to deliver due to the linked email address does not exist. I signed in thru Facebook account. I don't know what my next step should be. I have disabled mPLUS apps and have change all social media passwords. App is good to interact with, but with no customer service when suck hack have been encountered.

Why not give us unlimited check-ins, then? My wife and I go shopping/run errands daily and were going to certain places just for the extra points. Now it's not worth the effort. Try Swagbucks and other survey apps!

The prizes have gone down a lot. I know that there are many apps to help defer this issue and I love most of them, bit it does take a long time. I find myself spending way to much time trying to collect point and not enough time enjoying​the rewards from it. I still love it and continue to recommend it to people all the time. P.S. over the years of collecting points I have yet to get anything from a sweepstakes.starting to wonder if itd just an illusion I know the gift cards are real I've used a couple but never anything from sweepstakes

Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, it does! This app is no longer honoring the gift cards you earn. This app used to be great and gift cards were paid out in 2 days. Entries are a joke, id like to see a list of who wins these. According to all the reviews, no one does.

For the second time I am having trouble receiving my reward...Tried contacting help desk several times with no response. It used to be a great app but since this is obviously their new norm I will be uninstalling

Was very happy until 2 weeks ago then you had server issues which kept telling me my password was wrong. Believe me I knew my password so I changed it once I logged in my status went back to level one and I lost 649,000 points. Have sent 2 emails and no one has responded. You need to get me back to my status.

Used to be good but of course nothing good lasts forever. It now takes over a month just to get enough points for a 1$ gc and on top of that, i bet you dont get it unless you complain about it. Not worth it if you have to contact support for your 1$ every time it hasn't shown up within a weeks time(not 3 days) as stated.

I liked this app when i foirst installed it but now i dont. I've had it for a year and have yet to be able to redeem andthing. I used to get points left and right and now i just get sweepstakes entries. That used to be a choice now thats all you get. Not happy

I have had this app for over two years. I collect points and donate them to charity. Someone hacked my account changed my password and stole all my points. I have sent numerous emails and messages and no one will contact me back.

I don't know what the deal is with SessionM lately, but I have been waiting on multiple gift cards for some time now, the links for the gift cards are no longer displayed on the redemptions page, and customer service does not get back to you. In the past, if I did not receive a gift card, customer service would get back to me, and they would promptly resolve the issue. I did receive the gift cards I was waiting on last week, a little later than usual, but still have not received the ones I am waiting on this week. Did you guys go out of business or something?

Good app for collecting mPoints. Not sure about the Sweeps entries. Although it feels great to win multiple entries for a chance to win something. I feel as though I will never win. Has anyone actually won the prizes they give out? One problem, I got locked out of my account once and they freeze you for a whole 24 hours. What is the purpose of that lengthy of a lock out? That seems a bit unnecessary! They need to apply a fix.

The point values that one can earn dwindles to less each day. The prize of a sweepstakes entry is pointless. I've played for three years consistently and never won. No longer can I fully recommend this app.

I originally thought of this app as a 5 star but moved it to 4. It is still one of the best apps to earn points for gift cards and isn't tedious like Lucktastic. My only problem is that lately they have seem to nerf my points. The prize boxes are now 90% contest entries instead of points where it used to be almost the opposite. Also there is a cricket app that adds to the same point pool and coincidentally it went from running 3 games that you can earn points in to just one at the same time the prize boxes changed.

Easy to earn points in my spare time or driving by a location when my husband is at the wheel. In use this with Cricket Rewards. I less than 2 weeks, I have $10 just tapping to check in at places I happen to be close to.**** Caution, some places are worth more points for checking in.**" You can only check into 25 places each day, look for the more valuable places first. If you have Cricket Rewards, check in through that app. Using Cricket, Walmart, Cricket locations, GameStop and others are worth 50 points. With this app, it's only 5? I think. The points all go into one account. Don't bother with cheap check-ins. Also check out the game apps. Gift cards for SEPHORA and Amazon, and a lot of other good ones too.

This app was the bomb!! Now most of the time you get entries into prizes no one ever wins anyway and barely any coins anymore. Loved saving for the bigger items. Had a nice mix of what we wanted. Now all big items are gone. Why not get rid of the small chachi prizes and add some of the larger ones that people actually want?? All you did was add some more gift cards. The email said you are adding larger gift cards. No larger but a few more 25 dollar ones. Does not excite me. Why not add 50 and 100 dollar ones

This was a great app. Until I redeemed 25,000 points for a Amazon gift card and it took me over 4 weeks to get the 10.00. the Mplus Rewards side had to send to me. Never heard from Mplus Places staff ever. Then now when it gives gift boxes instead of coins it just give you entries to BS drawing's no one ever wins. Out of 50+ boxes I got 12 coins.
