Sesame Place Discovery Guide

Good to use for seeing when upcoming show times are. Horrible in every other way. If you book something via phone because discounts are not always applied im-app, you can't view the order through the app, even after I added my season passes

Nothing works, loads slowly, doesn't pull up tickets unless bought them recently. Pretty much a waste of time for everyone involved. Don't waste your's.

App loads ok, but the photo filters & some of the other links are still for the Christmas/holiday season.

Season pass scanner broken and would not let me login at crowed park but worked at hotel. Barcode scanner never worked.

Used to love this app, but now i just see a black screen. We would have loved to be able to use it during our visit yesterday!

it has a pic of cookie monster. I click.on sesame place it says no places local do yu want to download.. I do & still nothing.. I really want to use thhis app when I take my kids there oct. 27th please help. I have a samsung galaxy xhibit

Keeps crashing, don't work. Waste of time to load. Will delete.

Pretty useless without the ability to login. Even if your ID works on their website, the app won't allow logins.

Unable to log in on app. Even did forget password to reset and it still doesn't work. Logs in online fine.

This is ridiculous I can log in fine on the website and mobile site but not that app itself. Also doesn't know I'm at the park when I'm at the park with GPS turned on. PLEASE Fix!

Every time we turned to this app for something it fell short. Map stays in tiny, impossible to read and navigate window. If there was a way to expand it to full screen I could not find it. Mostly just hourly reminders of the fact that you are in the park and there are places to eat if you are hungry.

Junk junk junk. Has amazing potential but crashes non stop. Extremely unstable. Camera frs dont work. I wish they did they are adorable.

It will not allow me to sign in with the account i created when i purchased passes online. It will not allow me to sign up in the app. I cannot use the app to add my passes and make quick purchases because i cannot sign in! It does not display whether a mistake was made upon attempting to sign in, instead the screen just stays the same. Or sometimes it goes to another page as if you are signed in and then when i try to add my passes it tells me to sign in again. Also difficult to return to screens.

I'm suprized that I don't have to enter my username and password to review this app. As soon as you sign in, it logs you right out once you try to do anything. Worthless.

Tried buying 4 tickets with the free second day parking and a parking pass. The app wants 6 people added, well there's only 4 of us thus 4 tickets. Errors out at the end.

Pretty HELPFUL APP!

This is a great app if you are a season holder. I use it every time I'm at Sesame Place, for my pass, parking, and events, works perfectly.

I like that I can save my tickets here to be scanned at the park.

Sucks!

Read the reviews before I installed and figured that it couldn't be that bad. Installed over WiFi and had it fired up in the parking lot. Two young kids in strollers loaded up and through the gate and my wife asked about the next show. My battery had dropped 5% and it still hadn't updated the schedules. I pressed the refresh button 10 times before my wife picked up the paper map and planned our show schedule. I uninstalled the app and used the paper map the rest of our visit.

Standing the park and it says im not local...umm ok??..then it crashes after trying to download more crap...what a waste

Doesn't download. Just a pic of kids hugging cookie monster. Uninstalled :(

The app updated on both mine and my wife's phone then crashed our phones when we took a pic. Very frustrating when you are on vacation.
