It works if you have the time to wait. I was told my imei was blacklisted and I was not able to use this phone again. It's not blacklisted now but im waiting to get the sim unlock and it's been 4 days. 2 days spend unblack listing my imei. I needed a phone 4 days ago. It has a lot to do with what phone you have as well. I have the S6 Edge.

I was iffy at first so i used my PayPal cause i trust paypal if i didnt get the service. I used it to unlock s5 at&t. Requested Friday night got the code sunday morning worked like a charm now that at&t phone works with tmobile sims. Im very happy will use it again. Recommended.

Ordered my code (cheapest option) at 2:04 pm and received the code at 2:52pm!!!!! Worked perfectly. I still get some of the old carrier info on the phone but it's not locked any more. Use where ever I want to and with any carrier. I've put four different simple cards in just to see of it would lock again....sure didn't. THANK YOU!!!! Also, I had to use the website not the app. Don't know why, don't care why. It worked.

Imei unlock. This was the best $69 I have ever spent. The unlock works perfect. I had a problem but the customer service was awesome, they answered all my 20 questions and fixed my issue. Im going to unlock 2 more phones. My iPhone works perfect on MetroPCS.

Hey I can't thank you guys enough. Got scammed into purchasing a S6 edge+ that was blacklisted. I almost gave up hope and was going to throw it away. Took mine about 16 hrs but we'll worth the $30. I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. Good luck finding something "free" wish I would've did it in advance when it didn't need the phone could've save half the price, but I'm a procrastinator and of course waited until I needed it. Worth every dollar.

I was honestly very weary to download this app and use my card. Definitely thought it was a scam because 99% of the time these things don't work. But I paid the $13 and was able to get my tmobile Samsung Galaxy s7 unlocked in less than 24 hours. Definitely recommend!

This app was awesome. It really saved the day. I owed AT&T over $400 and I needed to switch services to Tmobile. They would not unlock my phone until I paid it. Thank God for this app, for only $20, my phone was unlocked.

I had my doubts about this unlocking service in the beginning and even though they were not able to unlock my mate 7 due to a wrong code they did their best to help by answering all of my questions very promptly until we saw their was nothing that could be done. After this I asked for a refund for the code which was issued immediately.... They do stand behind their 30 day guarantee! I would definitely use them again in the future.

For 20 bucks and about 2 and a half days of wait time the code worked. I was skeptical but it worked. This was for a Galaxy S7. UPDATE!> I tried unlocking another device and mistakenly chose the wrong carrier. I went to the assistance tab and sent them an email. Abruptly, an assiant named Camelia replied and quickly solved the problem. She refunded my money right away and advised to be more careful. Absolutely perfect! Purchased a Note 5 from a dishonest seller on CL. Downloaded the app, used PayPal for the $23 fee. A day and half later I got an email saying it was done. Checked on Swappa and T-mobile website and it was indeed no longer on the Blacklist. Matter fact, I'm leaving this perfect rating from my Note 5!

1 star. It prides itself in being the fastest and most reliable unfortunately that's not the case. I went from receiving my code within the hour to flat out being cancelled with no answers.

I have tmobile bought my 7 edge off a guy who owes $800+ to his account so now I have a bad imei on it. If I do this do I have to use another carrier or can I still use tmobile?

Woooow I was put in a bind and took a gamble and i messed up, buy they refunded me to take the right steps. they're customer service has made me a customer for life, never have i been able to trust a company. But these people actually try and put you first..love all of you that have helped me thank you customer service!!!

Still waiting for my unlock code. Paid but nothing received. Now I need to fight to get a refund. Would advise you just buy an unlock phone.

Man I'll be honest when I saw this app I wasn't sure it was gonna work. I looked at the reviews to see what. People said about it. So long story short paid to get it in black list. And not even a day later phone is unlock. And I couldn't be happier.

Quickest and cheapest unlocking service I've ever seen. Just removed my phone from being blacklisted in half a day. Now I'm in process of unlocking it with this same app.

I had brought the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from an online source (Offer Up) for around 400 dollars. 4 months later I'm unable to text, call or use Internet because my phone had been blocked due to being reported lost/stolen. I thought I lost 400+ down the drain! T-Mobile didn't want to help and at one point all hope was lost. I am now I believer that this app works and is worth it. My network provider got rid of my account since I hadn't been with them in a long time and after giving me the run around told me they could not unlock my phone. I had looked at several app and read their reviews and saw this one had the fewest complaints. So I decided to try it out. I tried to see if my phone was blacklisted first and used the blacklist option and it wasn't and my money was refunded. I then decided to try the network database option. I was a little concerned that it wouldn't work because not even my network provider could unlock my phone, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. It took a little longer than expected. It didn't happen in an 8 hour period, but it did happen in a 2 business day period. I woke up this morning and saw the unlock info and tried it out and it was successful. So, I'm happy to have my phone unlocked after it seemed like all hope was gone for me.

Fraudulent app!! The $9 payment it's just a gimmick to get your information (imie) then they hit you with ooh sorry you need to pay $100+ to unlock your phone.!! Fraud!! Fraud !!

Just say so up front, no need to hide the fact you charge, it only pushes customers away because of your dishonesty

I have unlocked several phones with theses guys and has been great each time. I had two phones they couldn't unlock and they refunded my money within hours. I would highly recommend them.

I am a truley skeptical individual... buutttt... I checked some reviews online and they were recomeneded by people in a android forum I visit alot... sooo I figured what the heck, its 19 bucks through paypal worst case I make a complaint and try to get my money back. Made the order to unblacklist, was told up to 3 business days, took em 2 days. Got my Note 4 working and loving life. If you're skeptical like me, do your research, dont just jump into the first app you see, but I can tell you from my own experience these guys are the real deal. Great app! Nothing to say. You can unlock your device with 2/3£ less on the internet but I't much more easier with this app. Auto search for IMEI, pay with PayPal/VISA and you will get your unlock number under 24h (even weekends)!
