Worst App. Reliance doesn't have a vision to make a standard app. The app shuts down abruptly as soon as you click on 'continue login as.... '. If clicked on No,then it doesn't load the card details, the pointer just revolves continuously with no effect. Pathetic app by Reliance and Mumbai Metro One. Proved that even these companies doesn't have vision to take India on international level.

In the loyalty offers tab someone's logged in account was already present when I downloaded the app. Also cannot even register a new account, it keeps showing 'server not available'.

Terrible app! They send an OTP and when you try to enter it, it says invalid number

Most horrible app I have ever come accrossed. Finally now I can login but now I can't see my card details. When I tap on my account it again asks me for login. Idiots. Kis company se banaya wo bataav bas.. muje dedo I'll make better app in a week.

I cant even connect to the server !! Nerd app if u cant even provide service then why u make such app !! Make a software team look at ur app platform !

Despite entering the login info. The app fails to register details.

I am not able to change my account password. Iam not able to find change password option. Why is it so?

Can't even register without a card Id... What if I don't have a card? Finally registered after getting my card... And it's a metro app ..expected it to have a great design(even after Google has come with material design n stuff) . I am not able to see my card expiry and validity and all...

I am not able to login when I click forgot password it is saying incorrect username. Also not showing card balance and any trip details.

Showing error message card id is blank even I entered correct card id

It doesn't show the trips or balance..

A 10 year old will come up with a better design. Seriously !!! Dumb app. Always asks u to login which consumes a lot of data and time. Navigate somewhere, press back, shows a map and not the previous screen. Add a new card, does not show past transactions on the card. Not sure if it will show future trips/ transactions or not. Permissions !!! Why in the black hell do you need to access my personal info, contacts, call, and all that data from my phone. Worst app ever.

Hi team, what's the issue? It downloads and then says can't install Error - 505. Please look into this and rectify.

AS INCREASING THE POPULATION OF MUMBAI, METRO IS VERY MUCH REQUIRED, VERY NICE

I don't know who was the designer of this application he/she either do not have any kinda knowledge about UI/UX or he/she doesn't knows how to design android apps. This looks like stone age design. App hangs lots of time it creates confusion while looking out for any functionality. This app is totally crap I know its beta version but at least you must show card details when you guy do marketing on this thing. N wtf you need to restart the app to save notification settings, I mean are u guys on windows?

Some bugs are there, the card details appear after one day...can see my travel history now....hope the final version is launched soon with all the bugs removed...
