I heard about this app through local radio ad. My garage door spring broke, needed it fixed quickly so thought I would try it. Ordered my repair through the app on a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend. Two hours after order, had repair tech at my home fixing the problem. Tech was very friendly and did a great job. I wouldn't call the pricing inexpensive, but the work was professionally done and done quickly, even on short notice and on a holiday weekend. I would definitely use this service again

You can create an account, but all the app has in it are four advertising pages. Clicking the login button and choosing your user just takes you right back to the same 4 pages. There is no visible way to track the service guy as there is on the web site. There are a lot of screen shots in the play store, but none of those screens or features are available to me in the app.

The service Rep Jose has arrived exactly on time and completed the work without any issues as per the original estimate. Everything is paperless including the quote, payment, invoice. I surely recommend this service to anyone.
