The app promises a lot, but it just raises complaint on the water purifier helpline. That's all. For any follow up, I have to go to the helpline myself. There's no way to add more products (like it says in description - be it your water purifier, Ac, fridge etc etc). I can't even see the brands it supports. Fairly useless
