I hope I'm wrong, but I can't seem to search for a ticket number. If that's the case, utterly useless.
Unable to assign tickets to people. Not able to see attachments. This app leaves a lot to be desired.

Filter tab is not available. We have configured all in filters, in Desktop logon we get all, but not in this mobile app. Please rectify.

Unable to login to service-now. I able use on browser on mobile, but app doesn't work.
Perhaps it's our organization's implementation or configuration of this, but we have found this app to be virtually useless for time sensitive, operational support.
Cannot login to the instance through the app. But I can login via web :-(

Good, could use home page support. Also needs an "Open by default" url handler (currently not available) for tickets and kb articles when selecting from emails.
Pretty good although I can't see previous comments added to an incident. When I add a comment it disappears. What am I doing wrong? Would be 5 stars if this worked.
I use this every single day to communicate with my team internationally and manage projects in our visual task boards from my cell phone, all in real time.
I can't find my incidents , i just applied a filter for incidents assigned to me , and it's not working and not showing any of my incidents ... Terrible !!
Unable to login with my instance. Every time it says wrong user name or password.
Nothing comes up when searched for anything, a ticket or a name. Not sure even if the app is loading something when tried to use search. Please fix this, it's a very important need in the tool.
I can use it, but I can no longer expand the notifications to read more about the tickets after the last update. Can you all please fix that?

The app basically loads a webpage for half the commands. The point of a mobile app is to view the data in the mobile form not a desktop style webpage.
Can't use the app. Receiving ssl certificate error please advise.

No use of creating app if you are not going to resolve the tickets. This is just another app to show off..
App only allows you to view the work order, doesn't allow users to progress from one state to anothet.
Amazing app. Loving it. Very easy keep track of old as well as new tickets. Handles external url links properly too and shows custom created tabs from favorite. Great job team.
This app is useless, I can't even get it to the login screen with a GS7.

Keep getting a loading loop when I launch the app. Can't even see a login screen.
Its not worth downloading, it doesnot work properly, very slow, instead of using this app someone can go to webpage.

Incomplete interface... Cannot query records.... Does not have a search incident option.
Takes multiple attempts to login. Customer phone number does not display in the incident.

Easy to customise with UI16 favourites. Not as robust as the desktop experience but a close 2nd
