Silent Manager white-list call

my contacts consist of google and other exchanges. This app however limits to only those saved to the phone while my contacts show everything. Other apps have this as a generic feature. Hence I cannot recommend this for ease of use to family members

I like the idea of this app, but it only works about half the time, which is frustrating because i wanted to use this in the office so only business calls ring through, but i would miss calls that didn't ring even though the people are whitelisted. Smaller issue is that you have to add people to the whitelist one at a time. It would be great to add groups, or at least multi-select Contacts to add. Not to mention you can't control ring volume

The app unfortunately overrides vibrate mode, which makes it useless to me. I'd like to normally be in vibrate mode, and only have ringing when I'm in silent mode. This app does not provide that function.

One of the only apps I could actually get to work on my Nexus 6P and it works well. I purchased the app to say thanks to the developer even though I really only use it for 2 contacts, thanks again.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. It just will not work, and I have definitely lost money now as a result of missed calls that I should have received. This is the saddest review of my life because I really need this.

I'm new to silent manager, another program I used to use stopped working on my phone Droid Turbo 2. The reason I'm only rating it 4 stars is because there's no option for "groups" or "starred" in contacts, instead of having to list them all by one by one by one by one. Otherwise it seems to work for me which is why I bought it. UPDATE: the paid version does NOT work while the free lite (limited version) does. Wasted 99 cents.

I purchased the app but after I upgraded my phone to Galaxy S7 running 6.0.1 it doesn't always work when phone is in vibrate or silent mode.

All the time I only want my family to disturb me. No one else. I'm always worried case of emergency.

It's a rare day when I buy an app but this one is totally worth it. It let's me keep a good work / family balance but get essential calls. Great app, buy it today

Works great if u lower volume with volume button, but if u use mute button on ur phone it overrides silent manager and you won't get ur allowed contact alerts.

Doesn't work on Samsung Note 4. On silent, white listed phone number, doesn't ring.

Great app if it was reliable (not always working). Would /Will edit it to 5 star once it gets more reliable.

I love this app! It's perfect for prioritizing phone calls and texts.

Let me start by explaining why I'm not giving this app 5 stars. There are two things missing from it that would make it perfect. --1) There is no control for ringtone volume. I would LOVE to be able to adjust the volume of the ring through so it's not as intrusive. --2) Alternate texting app support. I don't know if this is even possible given how MANY texting apps there are. I use Textra as my default texting app, but texts can't ring through because Textra isn't supported. ***Everything else is spot on.

Absolute necessity! This app has become a 5 star app I recommend for everyone. Lets me hear from people I need to even when ringer is off. Came in handy last week and possibly saved a friend's life. If you're in a meeting you can deactivate all for the time being to keep it truly silent. 5 stars!

Love the idea of golden silence except for callers/messages on my white list.. Unfortunately, there are a few annoying glitches. When someone is on your white list, the volume is always maxed and there's no way to control it. Also, it doesn't seem to work reliably. Sometimes a white list call or text will not ring at all or the alert/ring will startle you by arriving 10, 20, 30 seconds late or more.Managing the list is a bit awkward too.

I have been using free app. But works so good I figured support the devolper! This the only application that does work when phone is in silence mode! I have tried several, but this works! Won't miss wife or kids phone calls if in silence mode!HTC ONE M9

Great app when it stays on. The app has crashed a few times and didn't know it wasn't working. Hopefully gets sorted out and a running icon gets added to status or notification bar.

Most of the time my phone is on silent, do to my job. This allows me to make sure i get my importnant calls while i can return the rest later. Perfect solution.

*As of today 1/15 I have been in multiple emails to the developer about issuing a refund coinciding with the 24hr return policy of Google Play store Policy and the developer refuses to refund money for I do Not wish to proceed to keep his app. He has refused multiple times inquiring that it works and he can't refund the money.* Doesn't work for me. I missed the phone call about my Mother-in-law passing away because your app doesn't work. It worked the first few days that I had it then no more.

I miss calls all the time, especially when my kids call me. The whole reason I got this app was for them, so I am disappointed.

I've tried others that only claim to do what this one does flawlessly.

Good app. I have been using it fr about a year being here in germany helps me keep calls i dont need fr calling me in the middle of the night. Would be great if it had a volume control to adjust calls

Happy to have a WHITELIST app! Seems to work well. However, the "Sleep time, Silent Manager will stop itself in this time" feature is UNCLEAR. Also, I haven't been able to use the "Long click on any item to have help". Please clarify!

From all the apps I've used, this one works the best. Just wish the option of entering the phone into sleep mode and out of sleep would work.

When a notification "text" comes through it plays the entire ringtone even after you open the message. That's not bad of you have a short ringtone, however mine is 4 minuets long. ACTIVATE ALL/ DEACTIVATE ALL misspelled.

Worked great until Lollipop update, then was hit and miss and now can't get to work on Note 4 at all..

Free version was great!!! Paid for the full version and it quit working within a month. Save your money. Don't bother.

Please add a sort option for the contacts . The sleep time option is unclear.
