The main screen In list I can only see the work order number and serial number if the device. No problem description or customer. I have to delve into each one to find the one I am looking for. The is a lot of wasted space on my screen. Surely it would be beneficial to allow configuration at this level..allow us to select what we display in the list. We all work differently after all. Also there is one huge list, covering every thing. What's the point of the menu option if it only have one item. Split it up
