The App keeps crashing when I try to go to Accepted Orders. It has been an on going issue for over a month. I've reported the issue several times. I've called Servicelive and what they instruct me to do does not rectify the issue. Having to start, stop and close jobs the old way. HORRIBLE!
I've been using this app for nearly 2 years and I haven't had a time period where there has not been an issue. They fix one issue then create another issue. Now i cant input parts. On Apple it says poor internet connection. On Android it says error getting parts. last month it logged me out constantly, or anytime i received or madr a phone call while in app. If i didnt know any better i would say the programmers are getting off on our frustration.
Fix your time zone issue already!!!! We have to change time zones on our phone to match the time zone we are in for your app to work
There is 2 disclaimers to agree to and the 2nd one has no ok or agree button. So I can't even get the app to work. I have an LG K7 cell phone. Total JUNK!!
App ok.. This platform on the other hand.. really needs Alot more steady buyers.. besides just Office Depot Max

Been working pretty good after the update.
The newest version is VERY buggy. On the rare occasions it works at all crashes are common causing you to have to redo things over again. And at its very best, take twice as long to do anything. Last version was FAR better. Not great. But it was better.
When this app first came out it was great saved time and paperwork. However after a month it never worked again. Sears has us using this app to track IVR and completed jobs its a good concept if it worked. I uninstall and reinstall everyday and it always says error . yet I keep getting told the system works and I'm not doing it right. Funny thing is how am I to do it right if the program won't even start . please fix this for we are losing jobs cause sears is saying we aren't complying
Constantly crashes. The whole idea of the app is retarded. Why do we have to clock in, clock out, take pictures, write down serial numbers. Why can't we just go and do a good job and have them sign a piece of paper like lowes. Always hated this idea.
Just one day I would like for this app to work without giving me a headache have to constantly uninstall and reinstall because it freezes up! And The Circle of Death is constant

This is ridiculous!!! As an installer for several years now I have watched everything change and none of it has actually helped the customer or the installer at all!!! There needs to be true change... this app is not helping anybody but sears it honestly just makes everyone's days and jobs allot longer and it's totally unfair that we get points taken off of our score when the app don't work half of the time!!! The only way to fix this is to go back to hard copy paper work!!!
Just updated, won't pull up ANYTHING at all. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now the app WON'T OPEN AT ALL!!!
Our company NHS is the largest service provider for sears, by volume in the country, and this app does save our company time and aggravation. As an installer, I like how I can take pictures, before and after. That way the member can't try to get over on us. Also, no more clocking in and out on the IVR. A little time consuming, but worth it.
This app is awful. The only redeeming quality is that it consumes fewer hours per day than the Sears technician laptop setup. Can't look up parts, a main feature, and almost every button push gives an Unknown Error the first time pressed. Clearly a front end for a very outdated server and database.

An installer, even with the update this app sucks royal plenty of changes gotta happen losing service orders cant close orders or update them due to a unknown error what the hell is unknown error sounds like you guys have problems

I for one absolutely love this app as it is a huge time saver compared to the old way of closing out work orders. The old way you had to scan in work orders, find and name the file, upload waiver and any invoices to SL etc, etc which was EXTREMELY time consuming. Also if you are a technician/Installer it may take you a little more time to use the app on site but it is saving your company/boss a lot of time which translates to saving money. SL is owned by Sears. Don't bite the hand that feeds you!
As a Sears Overflow provider. I have no choice but to use this app. When it works it is fine, but if you have poor phone service you are screwed.
If I worked as poorly as this app I would never have any jobs
It still locks up. I have to restart my phone everytime I complete an order.
Works slow....always freezes up..can we go back the old days that we just deal with cust directly...
Never works properly
First, you ARE being tracked by SEARS/SL while using this app. Check the programs permissions if you think not. This should just ask if you have arrived. It's taking your gps location (and not just when you're at the customers) Second, as an owner/operator I cannot switch jobs around or change the installer. Last, it's like 30 screens of bs that MUST be checked to compete a job. If the app freezes, you're out if luck. Sorry, but you guys need to listen to what we need and STOP INVADING OUR PRIVACY
Doesn't show available assignments on an Android device. Refer to Workmarket's app for one that is fully functional. I used to do a lot of work for Servicelive, but accessibility to service orders is cumbersome. I now do work for other companies because it's so much easier.
I find it hard to fathom that installers are being FORCED to use this app or you will be denied trip charges! Huge problem with merchandise constantly being damaged and now we aren't being paid for trips unless we use this app for the IVR. Not ethical in my book. Not to mention we work in areas where there is zero reception. . We were told to ask customers to use their wifi?!? WOW
Can't check in , works very slow, screws up when you touch some thing.
Downloaded it when it first came out. Did work very well. It didn't show my available service orders and just took forever to load and then would hang up constantly. Going to try latest version now.
