FTM - Field Tech Manager

FTM is a one stop shop for Field Technicians. This application enables technicians to view and manage their work orders on the fly.

With the FTM application you can:
* View all work orders that are assigned to you and see what else is going on in your stores
* Accept, Cancel, or Reassign work orders to other technicians or the next ranked provider
* Log time against a work order and update its status, description, Scheduled Date, Priority, Category, etc.
* Select/record assets and parts used on a work order
* Attach notes and photos to the WO


In order to login to FTM you must first be invited by a manager with access to ServiceChannel and Workforce.
