GPS Check-In for Contractors

This app cost me more money then its worth waiting for it to connect to check in and out of a job dont download or use. Worst app out there...

Requires some stupid pin to use this app is totally useless don't bother wasting your time to download.

Terrible. The GPS is not accurate and the app constantly freezing when trying to locate position. The app needs an update at the very least and needs a larger radius for location. It doesn't pick up very well with in the the given 1 mile radius of the site even when I am standing inside the site.

This app works great. It checks you in and out when you are on site.

I've had two problems out of 3 uses. First I was just outside of the store at Walmart trying to check in and it told me I was a mile out of range so it wouldn't allow me to check in so I drove to the other end of the parking lot and it finally picked it up. Second I was at Barnes and Noble and it had me located correctly on GPS but put the B&N on the beach. To use it I would have had to drove about 2 miles to check in then back to do my work.

At first when I first installed it it worked fine. now everytime I try to use it when I put the work order number it tells me "error service timed out" fix this problem please.

Here's one for you. I sweep parking lots in Dawsonville, GA., and it tells me that the store I am at is located in Beijing, China and I can't sign in because I am 7,641.5 miles away! FIX THIS DAMN THING IF YOU EXPECT PEOPLE TO USE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only DLed this app so that I can trash it on the Play store as well as Apple's App Store. This app is a piece of garbage. It fails to send my check-out two thirds of the time. Is it so difficult to code an app that transmits my location, a few bytes of text, and an image file of my signature? Are the developers of this app taking kickbacks from the companies that require contractors to use it so that they can con their way out of paying for service? I don't know the answer to that last question, but I'm sure that the attorney general of whatever state these Service Channel people are in can figure it out. Nobody steals my labor and gets away with it.

Application times out while searching for service ID. If this app is mandatory after 1-1-17, how are we going to check in?

App doesn't work , always times out when trying to log in

I need to check in 1 mile way from a site for months,and I reported it and it's still not fixed.

Half of the time it shows me 2 miles away. Google Maps shows me on site. I have to remove and reinstall. Power down phone. It sucks.

About half the time it just tells me bad request. And it still needs a confirmation # . I've been burned without them

Please add check in and check out history for confirmation purposes.

Everything has to be perfect for this piece of .... to work. And when you think it worked is hasn't. Very frustrating. Problems every time I try to use it at two different stores in two different cities. Turn off phone clear everything start over and over and over.........finally it will kick in after 15 to 20 minute of wasted time. Not good on an hour and a half job. Not to mention the charge for invoices and the fact I usually have to wait a week to go back in the computer to invoice.What a joke

you have to put the IVR pin in every time you open it, this is annoying. finally having landscape orientation is nice, just wish it would save the IVR. it saves the tech log in.

Removed it from my phone i have a new LG G5 it was making phone slow down freezing and would even shut all the way off at times. Since removing it my phone has been working perfectly. Regardless this app is no good while it was downloaded on my phone it didn't work not one time out of 3 1/2 weeks. I would recommend no one use this app it will destroy a phone..

Works sometimes

This app is incredibly frustrating for our service technicians and office staff. They're retiring the IVR check in phone number when CLEARLY this app isn't ready to be used in the field. I have to report almost every single location to Service Channel for every call because their coordinates are so far off that my technicians can't check in while they're literally standing in the restaurant. Neither myself or my technicians have that kind of time. This needs to be resolved before the busy summer months.

Worked the second time I used it just fine but now won't even search the work order have three jobs 3 different locations typed in each one says does not exist but I have the paperwork for it right in front of me. Nice try but a fail

The app has worked for me so far, but I need confirmation numbers to type into my companies software. Honestly, I can't understand why you would make the app without displaying the confirmation number, but can you please fix that?

Put in the work order number and nothing. Tried reinstall nothing

This app needs to display closing authorization number. Until then my boss wont let me use it.

I've used this. App a few times and 50% of the time it can't find my location it has the store across country.

When checking out with multiple technicians it doesn't update the time correctly to show the hours for all technicians on site. Will correctly show number of techs, but hours logged are only for one technician.

I liked it because it faster than having to wait on some of these people to do ivr in/out. Problem I have is it ask me to create an account for every time I use it, even using the same pin to recognize me. Also if an account needs to be created it should be done before a check in, come on. I have a manager waiting to sign for digital signature because I have used app the day before and it pops up to need to create account. Not well thought out and buggy.

Will recognize pin but that's all it recognize....
