I had a pretty bad experience with these guys. They don't have their own cleaners. They take order and pass work to local guys who don't take any responsibility. The cleaners are not professional cleaners but cheap labour who work for Rs300 a day. For example: I asked the cleaner about the cleaning solution. He told me "Hame pata nahi, jo saab de dete hain hum woh use kar lete hain."(I don't know. I just scrub with whatever is provided to me). They will promise you the moon but you won't even get moonlight.

Must appreciate the customer support service which is amazing and the cleaning was done perfectly. Gave laundry and looking forward for a good service.

Fixed an appointment for cleaning on the 20th, they call and say we are busy today so we will send the team tomorrow. What's the whole point of booking a service on a particular date when you can't even deliver whats promised?

You have to give ur phone number each time. After booking there is no way to retrieve your booking details. You get a message with booking details but no follow up calls to confirm.

Service request & person is assigned but nobody turns up & calls are never answered. Uninstalling right away.

The app looks great, buy seems to be for local only. You need to open it up to other regions by allowing registration
