Apparently this latest version of the serve app has a fingerprint login option now, but where is it? How do you set it up? I can't find it nor use it on my Samsung galaxy s8 nor my wife on her moto x4 ????????

I love it! I do wish you could do everything on the app that you can do online. It would save some time.

Where is the new finger print login feature ? I can not find it in the menu.

I love having a Serve card and can send and receive transfers immediately. Sometimes it automatically reloads from my bank account when necessary, always sans fees. It's great for people who want to share funds, but not an account. It constantly logs me out making it dysf(x)al and obnoxious. I avoid using this app as much as possible. If this isn't fixed, I'll uninstall it.

I've been using this app for about a year. Had a few issues. My biggest complaint is I just swapped from a Nexus 6 to a Pixel 2 XL and I can't mobile deposit a check because the camera is skewed to about twice the normal length. Fix the camera issue and I'll raise the rating.

This is one of if not the worst prepaid debit cards to date. The representatives seem to have an I don't care about customers needs and wants attitude, that I wish and hope American Express prepaid services get shut down immediately. The worst thing about this trifling card is that they take the whole 7-10 to refund your money. Why should a refund be under review for up to 7 days?!? American Express makes my blood boil because they are just holding my refund for what reason. Oh their policy says so?!? How awful and if this bogus company do not put the customers first, I bet they will not be around for a long time. Shame on American Express. Thumbs down

Some places don't take Amex, that just means they won't get my business. Been having trouble with password. Put it in and it says error going to have to say I forgot password, which I didn't. Plus it turned off my quick slide balance

I mostly enjoy this app. The only problem I have is adding money by check. It's almost as if they don't want you doing this. Trying to get a check capture with the app is impossible. Everything is blurry. I can take a normal photo just fine.

This application does not let me mobile deposit checks. It just loads and does nothing when choosing that option. I have this problem on both phone and tablet so that tells me it is not a device issue.

This card is terrible. A PayPal prepaid card can do almost everything this card can and more. I don't have a lot of money but me and my husband work really really hard. I paid my light and gas bill on this card when I had OVER 4X the amount of the bills on the balance of the card and the payment got returned. I called the gas company and they said there was no mistake on their part and when I called Serve customer service they had no idea what I was talking about even though I had ruled everything else out but an error on their part. I immediately withdrew every dime I had on the serve care and put it on my PayPal prepaid mastercard and the payment was successful. However now I am stuck with a $25 returned check fee from my gas company because even though i had a balance on the card due to some AmEx error the payment didn't go through. I have no budget for this fee. Even though it's only 25 my family barely gets by and this extra becomes an extreme burden. And I wouldn't be going through this if I had just stuck with my regular cards.

It's the best card I have used since I had KAIKU VISA. THEY DON'T HAVE MANY FEES IF YOU GET DIRECT DEPOSIT.

This card is a damn joke!Customer service,(or the lack of),is SO UNPROFESSIONAL,and uneducated in English,and NO HELP AT ALL with account info.,and fixing it when they screw it up!!WORST DEBIT CARD EVER!American Express sux.

Best app!!! So easy! You can transfer money , get direct deposit and tax refund so EASILY!!! My 10 year old uses it also and it's super easy for her! Also so very secure I have never ever had an issue with privacy!!

I just got the account. So I really don't know how it works I'm getting used to it learning about it.

I have had this card for years at first i thought it would be a good idea to send money back and forth to my kids and myself, thats the only good feature to this CREDIT CARD, it's not a debit where i can get cash from the register even for five dollars, i have to go to the nearest 7 Eleven to do all of my money transactions on this CREDIT CARD, there are no simple conveniences, most stores wont take the card because either it's a credit card, or they dont know how to do the credit transaction on the card, this card is limited when i called Customer Service all i got was some bs about what they wont do instead of really listening to their customer, question....How can you be a Debit CREDIT CARD?

Won't let me in changed security question 3 times won't let me in and link is broken. I should have stayed with green dot. The only reason I switched was free reloads

No fingerprint option. This is a must for me, and there's no fingerprint option... yet iOS has the Touch ID. What kind of BS is that?

You need to add a fingerprint scanning option for log in because it takes too long to log in especially when I have 2 accounts.

Love this card. Downsize not everybody(stores) uses it. No cost for the atm. 1% cash back. It comes in handy
