L'application Viva syndic est mise à disposition de tous les habitants de votre immeuble (copropriétaires, bailleurs et locataires), ayant choisi Viva Syndic comme leur Syndic professionnel de copropriété.

Celle-ci sert principalement à :

- Simplifier les échanges (en partageant les informations souhaitées sur la messagerie)
- Optimiser les prises de décisions (en donnant son avis via des sondages, en débattant de tous les sujets sur le forum ou en votant pour les options de Viva Syndic)
- Faciliter l’accès aux informations de l’immeuble (comptabilité, documents administratifs, …)
- Suivre la consommation énergétique et les travaux de rénovation ou d’entretien.
- Être en relation avec votre gestionnaire et/ou votre Viva référent local rapidement et simplement.
