Derneğin Amaçları:

1-İktisadi, sanayi,ticari sisteminin gelişim ve değişim kaydetmesi için faaliyet ve çaba göstermek imkanları zorlamak.

2-İşverenlerin kalite ve röllerini yükseltmek Kürdüstanin sifil yapılanmaları, ticaret odaları ve sanayi sendikalarıyla işbirliği içerisinde olmak yardimlaşma ve dayanışmayı pekiştirmek.

3-Seminer, devre ve farklı sifil ve uluslararası yapılanmalarla uzlaşı halinde ülkenin sanayi ticari sosyal ve medeni alnlada gelişip köklenmesi için özel kurslar açmak.

4-Sanayi,ticari,ekonomi,iş kalitesi , hususi ve ihtisasi prensiplerle çalışma çabasını göstermek.

5-İşverenlerin rol ve kalitesinin geliştirilmesini garantileyen proje, faaliyet ve çabalara destek çıkmak ve dayanışma.

6-İş verenlerin rol ve kalitesinin yükselmesi ve gelişmesi ekonomik ve ticari sistemin pekişmesi ve yol katetmesi için yasal projeler için önerilerde bulunmak.

7-Topluma yararlı bir konum ve mertebeye gelmeleri için iş verenler ve iş sahiplerine kongre,eytim devreleri ve kurslar açmak.

8-İş sahipleri ve işverenler arasındaki ilişkiyi ve dayanışmayı güçlendirip pekiştirmek.

9-Kürdüstanın yetenekli ve becerikli iş sahipleri ve işverenlerine arka çıkmak yeteneklerini pekiştirmek ve (netwoking) sosyal ağ konusunda bilgilendirmeyi çabalamak.

10- İşverenler, iş sahipleri ve iş insanlarını bir çatıda toplayıp imtihan, münazareler ve münakaşalar gercekleştirmek, Kürdüstanda iş birligini ve dayanışmayı pekiştirmek.
