This app was painful and frustrating when I installed it months ago. It was so bad I stopped using it completely. However, since then they have updated it to be so much more convenient. Once you've set it up and synched it once, all you do is load up the app, then wake up the scale, let it zero, stand on it for about 10-15 seconds and it automatically transfers & saves your new data and puts it into the app! Much much better, would highly recommend it.

After the initial setup: 1. Step on the scale to turn it on. 2. Fire up the app. 3. Wait for the connection notification on the scale and proceed to weigh yourself. Though it looks like the app had poor support initially, I'm glad to see that work on stability is ongoing.

Won't even start on my Moto z play. Crashes whenever I touch the icon. Please fix. Otherwise it's a great scale.

The app keeps disconnecting from the scales and losing the history so I don't know whether my weight has increased or decreased. The scales are great shame the app isn't.

Installed, opened, working just fine.

One time in 3 months it actually sunk to my phone. I am very tech-savvy and could not get this to work. Don't waste your money on this scale... please don't waste your time on this pathetic excuse for an app.. it is completely useless. Funny thing, I never review anything but felt compelled to warn anyone!

Ignore all the 1 star reviews. The app had a bad update that was fixed almost immediately and everyone threw their toys out of the pram. The app and the scales are both excellent with accuracy and functionality that matches others costing 4 times as much. Would recommend without hesitation.

Eventually got it to work. Biggest problem is poor instructions that miss vital bits out and scales keep switching off too quickly while trying to set up. Then discovered the basic info on one user is incorrect and any attempt to edit it fails because it just reverts back to the incorrect info even after the edit shows correctly. Edit ... Reduced to 1 star. This morning the app crashed and all data is gone. Useless!!

Great app so far...works as it should and even syncs weight with Google Fit! Very happy with the scale and the app. Wish there was a manual data export option? Maybe I just haven't found it yet?

My scale came tonight from Amazon. I'm very tech savvy, know how to connect stuff via Bluetooth, it's not happening. The scale doesn't stay on long enough to do anything, it doesn't pair with your phone, I'm so glad I spent money on this nonsense to have a plain old scale sitting here. Meanwhile it seems like all of the five star or positive reviews come from people who never seem to have "Verified Purchase" next to their names. I'm returning this unless I get contacted with a remedy by tomorrow.

This is a fantastic app when works properly - see below for advice on what to do when it doesn't. One recent improvement with the app is that the weight data now shoots across to Google Fit - so I longer have to enter my weight in to Fit, and the Fit data can be downloaded via Google Takeout. The scale works much better than the other two I have used. Troubleshooting: The app does not pair with the scale in a standard Bluetooth way - you don't see the scale as a device in your Bluetooth list. What I do when I have problems is. 1) Close the app. 2) Turn off Bluetooth and make sure no other Bluetooth devices are trying to pair. 3) Start the app - is asks for permission to turn on Bluetooth. It should then ask you to turn on the scale if it is not on. If you still have a problem - the chances are the scale is disconnected. 1) Check the devices page in the app. 2) Click on the scale - if it says disconnected, click on this and let it connect (the scale must be on - just step on it for a moment to light it up). You should now be up and running.

Scales are okay but the auto recognition doesn't always work and adds the measure to the wrong profile. The app looks okay but feels clunky and crashes frequently but has a few serious usability issues- - you cannot manually add a measure, so you cannot add historical stuff. - there is no import or export, so your data is locked in and you lose all your data if you change phones etc. - google fit integration doesn't work as it dumps the measures from all profiles into your single Google profile, making a mess that can't be deleted.

The instructions make it un-user friendly. 1.) hold set for 3 seconds. 2.) put info in scale. 3.) open app. 4.) input exact info as you entered into the scale<-----exact. 5.) go to menu. 6.) connect to scale. **** the actual bluetooth part is automatic. So you do not need to "pair". It pairs to step 4. It does connect to google fit also. Im on a pre-paid LG android 6.0

1. App permissions are ridiculous (ofc you need my device history, location, storage, images etc... Sure...) 2. Controls are covered by phone's native controls, that render the app useless DO NOT INSTALL

After update, lost all info and still not working despite numerous uninstall/reinstall, v. frustrating...

Loved the app when it worked. Very disappointed that the app just stopped working. Emailed for help and just got an email for companies other apps. Lost all my history

Short downtime with a dodgy update that's already fixed. These things happen, I don't think they deserve a load of 1 star ratings from people who were happily using the most convenient measurement app they've probably encountered before a couple of days ago

App would not open over a weekend, just after an update 13/02/2017. The tech heads were quick to sort it. Back to losing weight!

Edit: the app has been fixed after 4 days. I've amended my rating accordingly. App will not open, not even restating the phone helped

After the hot fix, the app speaks the app does work again. App showing app everything needed and also in a good looking way.

Lost all previous progress

App does not work following the latest update. I should have just bought an old fashioned scale.

Since this new update my app has not opened. I have lost all my data and am currently using the scales as just normal scales. If I had just wanted normal scales I could have paid less than half the price I did! Please can someone let me know what is being done to rectify this and when it can be expected to happen.

Latest update broke the app. Won't open anymore. Reinstall does not improve the situation

Whilst recent update made the scales unable to show anything more than weight, I'm pleased to see a further quick update rectified the position. I did lose some data due to trying an uninstall/reinstall but next time I'll know to be a little more patient.

Current update screwed app up I lost all my data and now my scale won't sync with my phone! So upset

The app failed after update. The App will launch however it does not allow me to touch anything to move forward.

App stopped working so uninstalled and installed again. Now can't get past initial screen. Useless. Please fix this.

Just bought this damn scale, and apparently it's a paperweight because of the app issues. Waste of time, and money. Very disappointed.

Seems to throw some form of exception on startup so is completely unusable as of the update from 12/01/17
