QuikrScanner For Cars

App doesnt receive updates from the device. I drove the car with the anti theft on and it didnt even alert me. It alerted me after 4 days. I even put more data balance for the sim, uninstalled reinstalled the app, delinked and linked the device again, made sure trip history was and is on...still nothing. I got this device on an offer and it just stops working after three months. Quikr launched a device which was 'Quik'r to stop working. And these morons dont even bother releasing any updates to solve this.

Anti theft alarm function not working even after removing the software and hardware and reinstalling them. The customer care response is like they keep throwing you from one executive to another without any proper response. The distances are not realistic they are based on the maps. Plz don't get confused thinking the cheap product will give all the function you are desiring.

No support from Vendor despite email sent. App installed but giving no information. Need to improve post sales support. Totally dissatisfied with product. I will ask for refund of money..

very unprofessionally packaged - no instructions inside. login is printed on the device and password is handwritten with pencil inside the box. did not work with sonata - only satellite [gps] light is blinking and airtel sim [middle light] for signal strength is off. had to photograph login and password for reference. need a way to change the device password from the app. there is NO SANE REASON to make the insurance expiry and last service date mandatory fields in the car profile so we just have to make up a random date if we can't remember! make these non-critical fields OPTIONAL - stupid app design. no phone for technical support - pathetic. no email of invoice either.

App works good. But what is with the incessant honking in the place of normal notification? I don't know why but it rang one early morning at 4.30. had it been a regular notification sound I would have been fine. But honking ? Really ?

I had order Quikrscanner at October and got the product in just 15 days time can you imagine Quikr was saying u ll get in 3to5 day but only 10to15 days they take to deliver than also it's almost more thn 1 month but they don't activate my sim, I am fed up now but calling Mukthiyar more thn 15 time's but he is only saying he ll activate the Sim plz wait but 40 day is way to far to activate a single sim.. This is fraud after mentioning that customers ll get free 1 year data services but they don't even Bothe

Really good app, using it for last 6 months and found very useful. Recently traveled from Mumbai to Nagpur and back . Got complete track of my travel, route and how I and my driver were driving along various routes. Great learning from alerts to correct your driving habits . Only issues is app does not allow me to set my limits for various alerts like speed limit etc. This option was available for my earlier car SX4 ZXi AT but after change of car this option vanished. Also it gives out Shrill signal after some predefined number of trips completed ; why I don't know and there is no setting to disable this . Sent emails to support but no response. Any way apart from from these few issues it's really great app + OBD combination.

Excellent working use full 100% app

Installed it in my car and it didn't work,they sent a replacement which also didn't work and after that no revert.Poor is an understatement

The app is good and provides basic info. Would love to see real diagnostic stats in the app about rpm, air intake, volts, coolant temperature, engine stress, etc. - maybe something similar to the Torque Pro app. Also does it drain the battery when the car is not being used? Waiting for a reply and an updated version of the app with the requested features. Will give 5 stars if the update is released soon.

You can get multiple options and helps you track the performance of your car. Very good support from Quikr Team.

I have received the Scanner device, when trying to install the app, it is asking for Device ID and device pass word. Where to get these from?

Very effective in tracking the location of car, helps in monitoring the mileage also

I hate that go install this app I have to ACCEPT access to my contacts,media location etc. I will write to TRAI.

Sim.not activated even after 60 days of ordering the product. Worst customer care. Not expected from quikr.
