City Impact

City Impact is a mobile portal for cities. Through the mini-apps in each portal, users can quickly retrieve city information and media, and interact with city services. We use open data provided by cities to develop our mini-apps.

Our ever growing collection include novel mini-apps like Street Trees, a crowd-sources tree location app for over 100,000 trees in Vancouver; Bike Racks, an app to locate a nearest bike rack, and to identify full or bike-thief-prone racks; and Recycle, an app for citizens to locate recycling facilites and track garbage collection schedules.
