Met de webcamconsult app kunt u via uw iPhone of iPad naar het online spreekuur van uw arts of medisch behandelaar. U krijgt van uw arts, polikliniek of ziekenhuis een mail ter bevestiging van uw webcamconsult afspraak. In deze mail is een link opgenomen via welke u naar het online spreekuur kunt (een half uur voor de afgesproken tijd kunt u al terecht). Indien u de mail via uw iPhone of iPad heeft geopend, dan zorgt de link er voor dat de Webcamconsult app automatisch wordt geopend. U bevindt zich dan in de wachtkamer totdat de arts of behandelaar u naar het online spreekuur overschakelt.
