I had given up on Sendy because of a really bad experience some time ago with a driver. However, the delivery service was always quite good and my rider Daniels was excellent today. Thanks!

I couldn't get to successfully sign up....last 3 months, it keep popping a message "verification failed". I haven't been able to get passed this.

First time using this and the service was horrible. It took the rider 2 hours to go pick up the package after I paid for a direct trip. To make it worse he refused to pick my calls and messed up my whole day..

Rubbish App. Eats up your money. You get charged if you cancel an order even if it was a no show from their side. You pay for their shortcomings

Stellar service so far. Good offers (like the 50% off one) make for great savings.

First time perfect experience

This is a totally useless service. They deduct from mpesa before confirming rider/driver. They do not have any riders or drivers, any shown on the screen disappear immediately you pay! Calling customer care is frustrating and is only picked on the 4th or 5th attempt. Getting a refund takes time. I gave them two chances. Had to cancel and deliver packages myself. Have given up!

I'll list down my issues. I hate being forced to review riders every time I use the app. There's a bug where the app tells me the cost is x amount but when it connects to MPESA, it automatically inputs a higher amount. Theft? I don't know. Also, it takes up to an hour or two to get riders.... Sometimes time is of the essence. Lastly, my riders don't seem to have maps installed. I have to direct them over the phone to landmarks that are visible on Google maps.

Perfect Delivery App

Absolutely good

It accesses my facebook but when I hit continue it drops and doesn't allow me to log in. Please fix this bug

The app works most of the time but has become buggy lately. Features it could use: the process is unfriendly enough but what's worse is not being able to select a previously used address eg from history. Including reuploading notes etc. Sometimes it also just loses your rider or your rider appears to be lost but is actually still there and you have no proof other than the customer care representative telling you so. I've almost stopped using the service because of the sometimes long process of rebooking a ride. But when it works it works. I'd say to the devs Keep improving the app before someone else does it for you and makes you irrelevant. Which would be a shame.

This whole entire app doesn't make sense. Allegedly it should work like uber from what the call centre told me but it's doesn't plus it's so hard to get a rider at all . Just a wastage of memory space

The rider takes too long to arrive compared to the estimated arrival time. There is no realtime update on the map. The customer care number also did not go through. Great concept, bad execution.
