SendHub - Business SMS for Android
I was charged $149 twice for a terrible app. I want my refund now! Already opened a dispute with PayPal and no response. About to call my bank!
This has really changed the game for us! We send thousands of text messages and this app has created more efficiency in how we communicate in real time with our staff!
They'll keep stealing your money with autopay even after you cancel. 1. I ported my number out. This should have cancelled my service, it does with any other carrier, but they kept charging me anyways. 2. 6 months later I noticed their charges on my bill, and contacted them, they claimed I needed to cancel separately via their website. Ok, I go to their website, it insists I need to reenter my password which I don't have because I login with my google account. Have to contact customer service again, they send me a password to use, I cancel my account. 3. They continue billing my credit card anyways. Edit: They finally cleared it up (well I hope) and refunded me the previous month of charge which they claim happened because it took them 5 days from my request to get around to cancelling my account.
They keep jacking the price up. There's no way to turn off the outside calls when you log off and the calls still come in. It's not easy to switch from cell phone mode to web call mode. I also dislike the fact they've increased their prices 2x. Greedy company.

Very good, I love the conference call feature. I think there should be a way to stop it, but other than that, its good! :)

The best merge of IM with SMS
Just installed the latest update and it still has the same issues: Sign in cycles forever so you give up, only to find that you're actually signed in an hour later. Buttons occasionally won't function in the app when answering a call. So sometimes you answer a call and the app won't recognize it. This means the in-call UI won't load: there's no way to mute or end the call. App freezes for no reason. If you minimize and reopen, it will freeze. If you lock your phone and reopen it will freeze.
Using the SendHub service, along with this app, makes running my business phones easy.
I pay too much for this stuff not to work. I can never connect to the app, regardless of 4g or wifi. So annoying.
Its a great way to bypass any apps that hv your # blocked. You can get right thru to them via a random number. Awesome.
I love it. Works very well for me. Only one issue with the app is that it doesn't dim the screen to prevent you from bumping buttons when on a call. Not sure if its a bug or just not added in. Please fix this. A work around is to hit the lock button when in a call. Running on a nexus 5 4.4.4 kitkat.
Been using for a few months now after switching from RingCentral and am very impressed. Call quality is somehow better than using my cell phone, and now I have the added benefit of being able to text/SMS from this number as well. Setup was simple and finding a local number was a snap. App on iOS was a little glitchy to start but they have been stomping bugs regularly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Doesn't work 90% off the time. Wouldn't recommend.

This app is great for my business. It is a useful business solution. It is so smooth and the layout is simply eyecandy. The developer is amazing , you can see that alot of effort was put into making this amazing app. Not only is it smooth and nice. It is also helpful and benefical for ANY person who own a buisness to have. 5 out of 5 for me !
No good when paying service. Don't do it! Constant problems with the tab 3, can't make calls consistently, bad for business. Use to be efficient, the moment I paid for unlimited talk, everything went bad. Tech support is responsive but ineffective, they even stopped me from being able to send complaints. Froze my send button.
It drops A LOT of calls and more so rings only half of a ring and then you have to wait upwards of 15-20 min before you can see who tried calling or to get the vm.
I use sendhub for my business line, and it does exactly what I need it to. But...every now and then the app shows nothing in my inbox. The forwarding still works, but my inbox is empty. I try restarting the app, my phone and nothing. The only thing that works is unintelligible and re-installing the app. Please fix and I will give 5 stars.

I use it to keep in touch with my volunteers who prefer to text- I didn't want to issue out my personal cell phone number... photos get sent to my email... missed calls show up in my notifications... So far so good
App was installed. ..that's it. Would not let me make any calls... kept saying number unreachable. Wouldn't recommend to Noone
Gimmicky, good concept, but very buggy, inconsistent, and very poor support. Not reliable enough for a second line. I'll be porting out the number asap.

Very often it will fail to connect regardless of a strong protected WiFi connection. Will freeze on dial page, and the solution is to uninstall and reinstall. Frustrating when used in business... when the calls DO work, it is mostly fine. I would also like if the call forwarding still accessed the sendhub voicemail if unanswered instead of my personal voicemail.

When I had the trail version it worked alright for a while. My issues carried over to the account that I pay for. My calls go straight to voicemail, never rings and yes, I am always connected and I have done the upgrade. The screen freezes a lot. I have chatted with online support only to be told to do the same thing over and over again. The conference call works well but that's about it. If I am on a call and my personal cell rings the calls are either merged or dropped.
Man, I must say, the negative comments on here by other users. They want features that are not available. If you want those features, create your own app. Don't give negative feed back because they don't offer what you want. If you want those features, create your own app. For the ones who complain about the free version that ended, create your own app and put it in the play store,then after everyone signs up and use your app you created, I'm sure you will lose money and you will eventually start charging.
I have always enjoyed the telecommunications of send hub.
During my skype video conference the audio went out, someone in the conference suggested to download SH and man you guys saved our life. Thank you for this awesome app. FLAWLESS!

Looked good going in. Motorola recommended it. Downloaded, opened it and lost half the user features. Bummed out!!! Contacted tech support and they wanted to know why I would want to send the same text to more than one person. When asked if we could talk ,answer was We can't afford phones at this company. WOW!!!
I was using Google Voice and this is a perfect replacement. I love the conference call and fax from anywhere I am you can't beat that. This works great on mine and all of my employees phones with no issues, it's a small team but this app made us more efficient.

This is the slowest app I have ever used. Why does it take 10 seconds or more just to open a conversation in my inbox? Why does everything grind to a halt when I'm texting with someone? Is there a memory leak? I have no such issues with other chat apps like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Sendhub support is useless. They just say "update the app, uninstall añd reinstall." I've gone through that song and dance countless times over the past three years with two different phones, and nothing improves. If Google Voice worked in Canada, I would ditch Sendhub in a heartbeat.
