SENA is too worried about rolling out new products without ever making a decent app.Totally useless app, I can download the owners manual, which is all this is good for. Don't get me started on CS... I "upgraded" from the Cardo and was that a mistake. Cardo was easier to use, had better range and was more reliable!!!

-Tried once again....updated the device manager, connected my 10R and..... nothing. Says it won't connect to the server. Seriously.... Is there any alternative? -Figured I would try it again. Says it works with my 10R. Keeps telling me it has 'lost Bluetooth connection'. (As I am playing some Motley Crew through the speakers). Still a waste of time to download it....

Useless...does not work with smh10r. Spent 2 hours with Sena support before they realized. Plus I cannot do any firmware updates and they could not figure that out either. Support is horrible.

I am shocked at its limitations. -Only 3 Speed dials? Seriously?! -Fails to voice dial through my (Samsung S8) phone 90% of the time. - Fails other voice commands most of the time. -No equalizer for the radio or music. The treble is too high and is impossible to hear the music (or others) over 50 miles per hour. (I have a shoei neotec modular helmet, which is extremely quiet) NEEDS an EQ to control the base & treble. -It disconnects constantly from its other s20 that came as a pair. Very frustrating!

Totally useless app. Can't even get the app to send me an email and I've tried two different emails and checked all mailboxes. Really annoying. Shame on you Sena. Build a decent app.

Using S20, Android interface is difficult to use. Hard to make calls, open and use apps through voice comands. Please make better

You took an 8 month delay to release the Sena 30k. Hope you won't issue another delay in getting this app to connect and support the 30k!

The app won't connect to my SMH10R. The Sena connects and works fine with my Samsung GS8+ but I can't change settings in the app because it says it's not connected when it is. This app is now nothing but a user's manual now.

I have the sena 10c. So far I want my money back. Not user friendly at all. What I record comes out as an mov file. I wish sena would go back to mp4. I had to download ANOTHER file just so I could use the content from my sena. This app is ok though.

Like others I cannot get app to acknowledge 20s evo set...seriously? Buy something else I will be taking mine back tomorrow.

If I knew the app was this bad before I bought the 20s, I would have bought the Cardo

It would take a lot of effort to develop an app worse than this one!

Runs but won't connect to the headset. The headset works without a problem but the app pretty much does nothing.

There's a lot of room for improvement. The app should allow you to create a group from other headsets you are paired with. I have an smh10, 20s, and expand that are all paired. The app should allow them to connect in a group. There doesn't seem to be an option for this, even though they are all Sena brand. It would also be nice to update software. The app tells me when newer software is available, but I have to use my pc to update units. It is nice to adjust settings with the app. It's much easier than using the jog dial. For reference, I'm using a Galaxy S7.

A very good app once you learn the few really important commands. There are 3 ways to give commands. Voice, tap helmet or push buttons. Disable voice and tap helmet options and stick with the 2 buttons and jog dial. Don't expect this to work well if you're riding and also want to download pictures, surf the Web and check voice mail. LOL. Seriously? Add your friends to the app and check box the ones riding on that day. Just ride and enjoy a conversation. The more riders you connect the weaker the signal obviously. Up to 3 riders works great. After that it may get a bit choppy.

There's a good reason why most reviews are one star.. Sena really fails when it come to ease of use. The process of connecting isn't impossible but it can be quite difficult, especially for those not overly tech savvy. The group intercom works but needs refining. Don't even get me started on regular pairing procedures. Really dropped the ball there

App doesn't connect to device. Device connects just fine to my phone and through RideConnect. Says terminate RideConnect and open BT settings. Umm, it's already connected. So many people have the same issue yet, nothing is being done. I can't even update firmware. The only thing the devices are good for is what it's intended, communicating with another rider. But, not for what I paid for it. I paid for features I can't use, go figure.

Neat app, but it would be awesome if the 10c users had a function through the app where we could view what the camera was recording so we could make sure we had good positioning for optimal videos. Thats literally my only complaint. I will 5 star the product if i can get this

This app is complete garbage. Always tells me to connect my Sena device to my phone when it is already connected. I'm able to play music in my sena from my phone and I see the sena connected in my phones Bluetooth settings, how are they not connected? Worthless app that is not being updated or improved.

App does not connect to my device...keeps saying Bluetooth lost connection when it's already connected to the phone. If I can do basic stuff...like connect to the sena and then put in speed dial numbers...that would be awesome lol

Simply put it does not connect to my 10R. Just says connect device when it is already connected via bluetooth. When I reconnect it says connection lost and still does nothing. As is the app is useless.

This app DOES NOT WORK meaning it will not connect to the Sena device on app. The app will revert me to the bluetooth options where the device is connect. Only options in app that will work are the short and long versions of the user guide. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS APP!!!!

SMH10 connected but app says close Ridershare (?) app, says connection lost. On the road and need to update one of our headsets but can't do it without a computer? Disappointed.

This app will not connect with my 10R. I have tried using different phones and it just won't work. Please fix the app so I can get more use from my headset.

Absolute garbage. The app will not recognize my SMH10B when it is paired to my phone. I've read many reviews where this is a common issue. Sena device is up to date with firmware on 5.1.1

Giving it 5 stars because it works as advertised. I haven't encountered any of the connectivity issues that others have reported. Using a 10R paired with an HTC One M9.

Will not connect to headset. 10s connects to phone no problems, will not pick up headset from app. Keeps instructing to connect via phones bluetooth and headsetset and to close app... Have full connection with phone...

I can only connect for media- not calls. When I'm on the road and need to call, this is useless. The interface is hard to navigate. I feel like I'm trying to navigate and operate Windows 95 when there are newer, better, and easier to use interfaces. I'm disappointed.

Follow-up to my earlier comment: Wow -- does Sena even bother reacting to all of this feedback?! Take the money and run, Sena, take the money and run. ............................................................................ I loaded this app onto my Galaxy Note5 with high hopes of setting up my new 10r, but I was met with disappointment in that the app lost the Bluetooth connection with my headset every time I selected the 'settings' button.

What a limited pos of an app, it seriously compromises the over priced product. There are better voice com units out there now with nice apps to compliment the hardware

My Samsung Galaxy, with the ANDRIOD Version. A How to set up, and PROGRAM your SENA 10C to use for everything, including viewing video's, etc. To program your 10C to turn ON, or OFF any function. Has a few tricks, such as Down Loading, and viewing pictures. to a computer. I think a special Step to set THE CLOCK in your 10C. I am enjoying this learning curve. A Very Useful Tool, for my SENA 10C, camera, FM Radio, Bluetooth.! Went to Idaho, I was useful.!

I have an lg g5 and every time I try to connect it, it just shuts off and it offers me to report the problem. Updated: it doesn't work on LG g6

Hoopty app. Paid $180 for a product I expect it will work. The app says my sena isn't connected but it is in Bluetooth settings

DOESN'T WORK It will not connect to my smh-10. Keeps saying to connect the unit via Bluetooth but it already is. Doesn't WORK!

Found it it is bluetooth 4.0 and will not wotk with my Sena SMH10R devices! Why would they not design a version to work with Sena SMH10R? Stupid part on Sena's end...

Come on sena fix this app my phone is connected and keeps telling me to connect left it two months tried again same thing I try again in a couple of months to see if you have fixed it.

Sena sucks no customer support at all. Had a problem with the unit and they told me "watch YouTube videos" for a defective speaker. This app has never worked over the two years and 5 phones and a tablet that I've tried it on
