Franco Lepri si affermò come uno dei parrucchieri più validi ed apprezzati dello storico istituto di bellezza Dora Bruschi di via Montenapoleone a Milano. Nel 1958 aprì il suo salone di via Pisoni, nel cuore di Milano. Tutte le signore della più alta borghesia Milanese lo seguirono e diventarono sue affezionate clienti, entusiaste per le sue uniche acconciature. Il salone F. Franco visse tutte le storiche trasformazioni di costume degli anni ’60, ’70 e ’80: dalle parrucche che le signore erano solite far acconciare prima di serate speciali o eventi mondani, al passaggio dal casco al phon.

Fabrizio Lepri, Direttore Artistico e Creativo del Lepri Lifestyle Salon & Spa, continua l’evoluzione della storica attività. Negli anni ’80 collabora a Parigi in uno dei più famosi saloni del centro, Claude Maxime. Prima di far ritorno in Italia lavora a Londra, Madrid, Los Angeles .

Il suo nuovo team è composto da stilisti, coloristi, terapisti e make-up artist, di talento, in grado di captare gli stili, proporre look personalizzati ispirandosi ai trend visti durante le settimane della moda, capaci di ascoltare le emozioni che spingono tutti noi a volersi rinnovare.

La nuova e prestigiosa location nel centro di Milano, è di respiro internazionale, vuol portare in Italia il concetto di design eco sostenibile, utilizzando materiali non trattati né verniciati, piani di lavoro composti da materiale plastico riciclato da cellulari dimessi e arredi di bambù .
