User testimonial

"I like the way I can put in a routine that I want to create, it reminds me and I can keep track of how well I am doing keeping up with my routine through the history graphic. "My Storylines" which summarizes all of my inputs would be valuable to take to my doctor as it is concise enough to make sense of things."

ADHD Health Storylines is developed in partnership with the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) for adults with ADHD, and is powered by the Health Storylines™ platform from Self Care Catalysts Inc.

Absolutely perfect to keep track of daily activities. I was planning EVERYTHING on a calendar which was always forgotten at home. I NEVER leave without my phone! Thanks for this app!

This app is really useful for reminding me to take my adhd medication. I love how it doesn't allow me to ignore the notification. I can only choose to snooze it for an amount of time. Helps me remember to take it. I also like the symptom and mood tracker as well as the daily doses. I think this app would be perfect with a few improvements. I wish this had an open fully functional social network to connect with other people with adhd. But it's still great.

BUT it keeps crashing. I can't open it on my phone... it opens then crashes.

A targeted app for mental health, dosage and appointment reminders are super helpful. Also keeps track of symptoms and performance. But something about the app isn't so smooth when you use it, maybe it's the UI. Update: Lol. Every single app from this developer team looks exactly the same. Final: uninstalling since its huge and it doesnt function as fully as expected.

Excellent way of keeping track of medications. Wish the notifications had a better selection.

Love this idea! Great app for folks who are adhd! I love the variation of tracking categories, but I really don't like the fact that there isn't a wide range of symptoms under the symptom & daily mood tracker. Also it processes slow and freezes up alot. It does this everywhere I go, so it's not to do with the Wi-Fi.

I really want to give this app a high rating. The ideas are spot on for an ADHD person like me to understand and manage my condition. However, an ADHD will often make mistakes but the app won't let you correct them. How frustrating for someone who already struggles with distraction to be have their mistakes dangled before their eyes. I've spent so much time trying to find a way to correct my spelling mistakes. This can be a great tool. Please follow through. Don't give up. It's a process :)

I really liked what the app could do, but found that half the time it didn't do it. This app has a lot of potential to become something great but just isn't there yet.
