This is a great idea safaricom.... Before you updated the app you had my 4 stars... Now it's down to 3. It's a good update.... The mpesa and the UI has improved but there's one problem which I think it's HUGE! You removed the 'Refresh' feature, so now sometimes am even forced to go back to dialing to check my credit, bonga or mB balance because you can't refresh! Please work on that

Everything either tells me work in progress or does not 'react' at all. Im starting to think this is just another 'fill up my space for nothing' application.

Didn't even work for me. Problem the app requested i toggle on 'permit drawing over other app' feature which wasn't possible as it was greyed out and another thing to note i was also unable to type in my number so i couldn't generate a pin.

DOESNT DO MUCH! So everything except show balance either does not work or processes for etrnity. Customer care are of little to no help. I would stay clear of this one till they sort it out!

Hakikisha has never been this easy, I no longer have to wait for the 25 second window to cancel a transaction. Once I have input the contact & amount, the recipient's name automatically pops. Reeeally cool. That's why Safaricom will always be the better option.

There is obviously a problem with the latest update - just goes to a blank white screen. Needs resolving ASAP.

After the most recent update, the app won't even open. Just a blank screen. The testing team needs to get serious!

The previous version worked seemlessly the new version with Mpesa support doesn't live up to expectation. When I try to transact it cancels the request and gives an error "Failed. Request cancelled by user." It almost got me barred from Mpesa namecheck as 5 cancellations result to such.

My experience has bn bad. First, I wasn't given the free 20mbs. Secondly, the app crashes almost all the time. Finally, it takes long to display Mpesa a/c balance. I wont be using it.

I wanted to send money but it said it needs to process my transaction before I can enter the PIN! Hilarious! It said I should wait for 10 minutes. This is a terrible app, don't download it, it's very unreliable. How do you include something as sensitive as mpesa in a beta app? Don't recommend.

This is crap, you should hire equity bank, they do a better job in highly responsive and customer centric app. Safaricom you can do better than waste my time with slash screen. Why can't i just enter the pin of my line or my id, the OTP is cool with equity

Well, my review changed. A customer care agent called and together we were able to figure out where the problem was. I am now a happy user! Kudos

Just running round then said. "Unable to process your request right now" seriously do something your bundles are so expensive thanks for your reply the app is far much better now and thanks for the bundles , hehee the better option ofcoaz

It's auto generated, but in less than 5sec, when I accept terms and conditions, it has apparently already exceeded the time limit.
