SleepIQ for Android
Still awaiting "favorite"/"bookmark" capability. You can set a favorite number using the bed remote but not using the app. Have suggested this multiple times. Will we see it?
Works on my son's lgg2, works on my other son's lgg4, works on my wife's S7, works on my LG tablet, but not on my lgg6!!!!!!!. WTH. Still not working on the LGG6!!!!!!!!!!! STILL NOT WORKING ON THE G6!!!!!!
I have been using this app side by side on my Galaxy and on my iPhone. The app on the galaxy doesn't work and has issue after issue. However on my iphond...it works every time not to mention is much easier to use. This is just another perfect example how apps just integrate better on an iPhone...sad, but true.
Ok I thought it was just me. But looking below.. guess not! Samsung edge. One minute I see my full data the next it's gone. Why can't you just give us TWO REMOTES!!
Using the app on my galaxy s5. The feed never says anything. The app is a glorified remote basically. Definitely not worth the extra $200 we paid. My fitbit tells me more. The ad also said it would read the fitbit which it does not.
Just purchased a sleep number king i7. Was able to set up our app on our Samsung phones however within a few hours it shuts down completely. Now won't load at all. The smart technology is useless
Just got my sleep number bed yesterday and went to use the app and it force closes immediately after I open it. Very frustrating, I have tried to reinstall it but that did not help either.
My only issue with the app is that you still can't enter your daily activities for the day while you're lying in bed. It makes no sense why that isn't an option.
It crashes(stop working) when selecting the time zone. It does not even get to the menu
Just a ad. Cant get to bed control and phone number is wrong
Just ordered our first SN bed. I can't even finish registering in the app. Hoping it is works when I try again
The app is ok. The sleep overview is horribly inaccurate.
I just want an app that adjusts the bed.my original remote has no display
Does not work on Android
Crashing after last update was great before
Ever since update will not stay online.
Awesome
Bought a 2 yr old ILE Full Split CA King. The pump didn't have the SleepIQ, so I just pd $199 for one that does. Hard to believe that the mattress and pump alone can give you all this data, and that the previous owner pd $7,800 for the bed and didn't get SleepIQ. Read online a guy busted his cheating with it Sleep IQ. Will update my rating if it doesn't work.
This app is useless, never works, every time I go into it to see how I slept for the night, it either says, "no data found" or "still in bed sleeping" when I'm not even in the bed. For all the money we pay for these glorified air mattresses, you'd think this company could make a better app. Try again sleep number.
I love being able to tell which days provide better sleep. My fitbit and thermometer connect and have a great accuracy to help my sleep get better
Thank you for fixing the graph issues in the app. Still seems to be an issue with sleep tracking thinks I'm in bed when I'm not.
Great app! Very impressive statistic collection and presentation. Works well now the time zone issue has been solved.
Been enjoying the info my sleep app provides.
Thank you for fixing the app. It seems to be working correctly again and has correctly adjusted the previous dates.
Doesn't work with android all the time. Always stops.
Seems like the bugs Have been fixed. Look forward to every morning and see how I did at my Sleep Number setting
THANKS FOR FIXING THE APP. It's working great again.
Thank you for fixing the time issue! I can't wait to play with the routines
I thought the graph was fixed until it recorded that I was in bed for 27 hours last night.
Rarely works right. Shows only half of my sleep.
This newest update is horrible. It has me going to bed in the middle of the day and waking up at odd hours, the data has me up and down all night long...utterly useless. I paid good money for a bed that lets me track my sleep to help me get the best rest ever, and the app that's supposed to help me do that is utterly useless. Maybe send this one back to development and testing and get it right, and in the meantime roll the release back to the prior version that actually worked??
New app is not even close to accurate. Keeps recording wrong times and doesn't recognize when my husband and I get out of bed during the night. Sometimes hangs up and says I'm still in bed hours after I have gotten up. Absolutely hate the new slider function and browned out section before I "fell asleep". Locks up constantly and fall asleep time is no where close to accurate. New app also has less setting options. The only "account setting" is to change the profile name. How is that a setting? Would like to see other options and update functions. Love the bed, hate the new app.
As a controller, it constantly fails, keeps telling me to "Switch to BLE". Selecting OK does nothing. Sleep record is useless - app cannot figure out when I go to bed or get up, says I sleep during day instead of night, etc. The only thing that would possibly make this useful is to have a user set "going to bed" and"I'm awake".
The new update shows the graphs offset by 5+ hours. The total time and other info is correct just has the graph shifted so you cannot see the data. I tried to slide it and it moved the time I went to sleep to 5 hours later and can't drag it back due to the shift in the graph. Just release the old app as a new version atleast it was more functional than this.
The old version was good....this one is junk. Time is not right! Gives the correct amount of time I slept but not in the right time frame. The graphs are terrible. We pay a lot of extra money for this feature and this is unacceptable. Class action lawsuit anyone
You don't fix a broken program by updating the the software interface with a new look and more bugs. Big bug that has not been fixed for several updates is that the program tells you that you take 2 or 3 hours to fall asleep at night even though you only take 5 minutes to fall asleep. When I called SleepNumber the customer rep told me that no one was forcing me to use the program, if I didn't like the way it works, then stop using it and delete the app. My SleepNumber bed is by far the best bed I have ever slept in after my 90 day acclimation period, and I love the bed, but the SleepIQ software is sorely lacking. Best Bed, Worst App!
App has never worked right. Same problem as everyone else with showing the wrong times for going to sleep and waking up. Total hours of sleep are correct, but you can't edit when you actually went to sleep vs watching tv because is up to 5hrs off. Hard time connecting with Bluetooth too which makers it to where yoh can't use the app to adjust the frame. This set up is way too expensive to not work together. Sleep IQ is worthless right now as it is inaccurate. May be sending the whole bed back. Its not like its really more comfortable then any other good mattress.
Pixel phone user here. Good news is all connectivity issues are fixed. I can control the bed and flexfit one adjustable base over Bluetooth without any problems. Bad news is the SleepIQ interface isn't showing correct data. It is currently Thursday, April 6. When I go to the SleepIQ section of the app it shows data for Last Night. If I swipe to go back the title at the top of the screen changes from Last Night to Wed, April 5 and says no data collected. If I swipe again the title still says Wed, April 5 and shows my sleep data. If I swipe a third time the app shows data for Mon, April 3. It skips Tuesday entirely. There is no mention of Tuesday. The app doesn't even show a message saying no data was collected. It skips Tuesday entirely. How does the SleepIQ app miss a whole day?
Doesn't accurately record sleep sessions. I have been out of bed for 12 hours and it's still "finalizing sleep session". My spouse who got out of bed at the same time has a finalized report, not that it's accurate. Every day I have to edit our sleep hours. Kind of not even worth having the app if it can't accurately do it's job!

Finally add a "routine" function... Still can't program my Sleep Number to set at specified times automatically. :/ What's so hard about automatically deflating to a chosen number at a set time, then another setting to automatically inflate back to 100 at another set time?
