I love this app. It's everything I could want in a workout app. However, I'm wondering why the autofill doesn't work when I'm doing supersets? It autofills the set from my last workout (it does this for all the exercises in the superset, which I want), but when I add a new set, go to the next exercise in the superset, and then go back the first exercise, the reps and weight are blank, and then will be blank for all the other exercises in the superset going forward as well. This never used to be the case. Any way to change this? Thanks for a great app!

Good, simple app. It would be better if you could start a routine and see the list of exercises as you go along. Right now, you can only see one exercise at a time, so if you leave a single exercise to see what's coming up next, you either have to discard or save progress. A little tough to explain.

I personally love this app. I use it everyday for my workouts. My only complaints are personal and small. I would like more implementation of WODs or even just supersets/circuits. Being able to add multiple exercises and weights for those in one overall page would be awesome. TLDR this is a solid app for tracking progress. I highly recommend it.

Very easy to use. Nice simple, not overly complicated. I've tried other apps trying to find a simple one to track weight lifting. All of them were too complicated. I really enjoy being able to add new exercises using the website, much faster if I want to add a bunch of my own exercises.

This app is nearly perfect! Definitely sets the standard for workout tracker apps for me. This is only a few small changes from being 5 stars for me. The start timer button is wedged a little too tight between the advertisement and the finish exercise button which results in me prematurely ending an exercise before I'm done (I know I can then edit the exercise to add the missing sets but I lose the timer function when doing this). I would also love to be able to change the weight units for each exercise as my gym uses both lbs and kgs for different machines.

U70%
by U####:

This app works well. Simple and uncomplicated. Customisable workouts, either by downloading presets or making your own. Metrics for tracking progress are useful too. Only criticism is the timer - sometimes it's easy to press the + instead of start. As of 10/06/17 Would be nice to be able to set a default for the bar weight plus select kg or lb for the same.

U70%
by U####:

I wouldn't say it's perfect, but it has basically all the features I really need or want. I kind of wish there were some basic/common exercises included with directions, but I can input exercises on my own, take down notes on proper form to make sure I'm doing it right, so it's fine. But it lets me track workouts, see how I'm progressing. Really helps keep me on track.

U70%
by U####:

I just want to keep a log. That is it. This app is marketed as being simple but it forces you to "complete" the exercises before you can log them and I cannot even see how. Screw this and its false advertising. Guess I will use a free note taking app instead. *shrug*

U70%
by U####:

It is a great way to track your weights. It has an easy layout and easy tracking. It helps you if you are bad at math and don't know how much weight to put on the bar. It been the best app to track weight that I have used

U70%
by U####:

Simply kept crashing, found it more annoying then anything else. Tried to contact developer for help but sadly no reply. So I'm just stuck uninstalling. Kinda sad cause I liked it when it would work.

U70%
by U####:

They need to rename this app. It's definitely not simple, and I can't even customize it to remove the 'stats' and other clutter I don't care about. I could just use a calendar app. Thought this would make it easier.

U70%
by U####:

Grab this thing. It's free. It's simple to use but it has more functionality than you think. Easy to edit, history, easy review, weight tracker and graphs. Well worth the price! Seriously it would be worth paying for.

J70%

This app is soo good. Love the new cloud backup feature and web interface for building routines. The only things I'd still like to see is Android Wear integration and a warm-up set calculator such as what Starting Strength or Wendler 5-3-1 recommends.

U70%
by U####:

Tried this app after trying a bunch of other weightlifting apps. They were all too ridiculously bloated. If you: - know which exercises you like to work with are - want a quick and simple way of tracking reps and sets - want to be able to add your own exercise names - want basic tracking stats and simple plots - don't need mini-movies of the actual exercise --because you know what Google is-- - don't want to look at an app icon of an oily half-naked man every time you look at your phone - don't want to look at a fullscreen oily half-naked man every time you're waiting for a weightlifting-tracker app to load... - don't want annoying video ads to blurt out at random while using weightlifting-tracker app - don't need a thousand options buried under a Christmas tree of sub-menus ...then this app is perfect for you. And, Dear SelahSoft, this is a great app for beginners and intermediates like myself. If you do intend on making something suitable for more advanced lifters, please put it in another app. Please keep this one simple. Thanks! And great job!

I'm editing because I find that it's very hard to read the summery of your workouts. The writing is compressed. Could be improved. A also, when I've done an exercise, sometimes it doesn't log it, which is very frustrated coz by then I've forgotten the weight I've used or cardio details

U70%
by U####:

Once you create an exercise you can't add it to a category. So you have to delete it completely then create a new and add the category, so you end up losing that workout data. Bummer

U70%
by U####:

It took me a long time to find an easy to use and not overly complicated workout logging app. I've been using this for over 6 months now and I'm still very pleased with it.

U70%
by U####:

Please introduce one important thing: the possibility of changing categories of exercises. I wanted to do it with a couple of exercises but now they are without a category for them and i don't remember their names. There has to be a list of such exercises that aren't in any category so that we can add them to one. Please, i've asked for it last year already.

U70%
by U####:

Absolutely superb. I don't use their timer as it is easier to just use my phone's native app but in terms of tracking weight sessions and improvements this is simply the best.

This is the best workout tracking app I've ever came across it's very simple and easy to use and has no flaws at all they've made the perfect app I use it everyday. Thank you to the developer you're awesome.

Works great. Simple layout. Nothing special, but I don't need bells and whistles to keep track of my workouts. Good stuff!

U70%
by U####:

So far, it's the best one I could find. However it is better at recording your workouts than providing meaningful and useful historical data that helps you compare and progress. Nonetheless, a pretty good app and I'll stay with out for a couple of months and see where it goes.

Love this app. Been using it a few years now and it does exactly what it says, simply log your work outs. I add every exercise I do and have it set to show me the stats of last workout of a type I did, weights or cardio it's a useful log

Simple, basic and straightforward app to track your workout progress. No fancy gimmicks or BS, just does exactly what its supposed to. :-)

J70%

Guys. If u just want to copy routine from one day to another and edit reps or sets forget this app. RepCount did it no issues. That's what a note book is for.PS. Desginers can,t take feed back either

U70%
by U####:

The only issue with this is every time you open another app and go back to log a set in, the small bottom menu opens and you have to back out of it. Minor but annoying.

U70%
by U####:

Excellent app for those looking for simplicity. I haven't used it for cardio, but it's perfect for weightlifting. I love the interface and the way you can make routines, track exercise performance, and time your rests.

U70%
by U####:

I think this app is great, it would be great to be able to move whole workouts to a certain day, because I workout over midnight it switches days but you have to fill it out separately or go back and edit and do it separately, very useful app

L70%
by L####:

Minimalist design, boiled down to the bare essentials to keep you focused on actually working out instead of just thinking about it.

U70%
by U####:

Great simple workout log to help you measure your improvements. "History" feature allows you to see reps from previous workouts as you track new workout.

U70%
by U####:

Does exactly what I need it to do, save a routine and run it (+custom exercises) including supersets and anything that isn't immediately obvious is in the very helpful FAQ

E70%

I love the simple approach. It is just like a traditional notebook, but better. Takes no time to log and plan workout.

U70%

Best workout app! Very easy to use! Only thing I would add is ability to add an exercise when uou are in the middle of a routine.

X70%
by X####:

This app keeps track of my workouts & is so much easier than the calendar I kept on my fridge! It's also easy to add miscellaneous workouts that aren't on the main list.

U70%
by U####:

Good app. Wish there was a way to have the Calander view always showing; also it would be nice to have different icons on the calander showing you have worked out. Example, different icons for weight training vs. cardo.

N70%
by N####:

The only thing I don't like is it doesn't track my workout history on a chart or let you add your measurements in. It would be nice to see what my last work out was

F70%
by F####:

Almost perfect. Few things can be added. Auto play for routine which can be customize (e.g. fixed weight and reps for all exercises, and every fixed time, will automatically go on to the next exercise) and exercises on that routine will automatically add on history. It is a plus also if you will add BMI on weight tracker. And and big plus if there is a graph for categories (aside from the calendar) to track which part is being over exercised and which part is lacking. It is already good but still have a lot of rooms for improvements. Hope somehow you will consider my suggestions. Thanks!

U70%

This is a really good app. The timer needs to be made to work in the background while looking through other exercises, and the save button needs to be moved to a new location so as not to save an incomplete exercise when trying to simply start the set timer. And if it had a warmup set calculator that would pop up over the current exercise it would be the only workout app I would use. However the things that work, work well, and it is easy to input weights, reps, and sets. I like the app a lot and I really appreciate it's simplicity.

This is simply the best workout tracker out there. Easy Easy Easy to use. Tracks history. Keep notes for each exercise inside of that particular exercise.. Glance at what you did last session inside each category. ie..inside of leg press you have a history button to track last time you did it. I looked at a lot of workout apps and none were as simple to use. Try it! FR

I have been looking for a simplistic workout log for years and this app hits every point! Easy exercise adder, categories & routines setup, history, summary of last visits - everything! It makes it so easy to progress in weights without having to log everything manually. Thanks for making an awesome app!
