Had bought 7 drinks to get the free slurpee, saved it and went in one day to get it and when I went to scan my phone it re-set to 1 star as though I didn't have a free drink. I didn't have any money since i was there for my FREE slurpee, but this app screwed me out of my reward. Worthless, don't bother wasting your time saving up stars to get nothing In the end. This has happened twice to me now.
Can't use this in Oklahoma... Searched locations in Texas and Kansas as well and nothing comes up. We have a 7-Eleven every other block here.... Fix this please!
All of the local 7-11's in my area do not honor the app. I have to find a corporate 7-11 .All the corporate 7-11's are located in rural area's. As soon as i find one i will update my review. They should be a find me location button to make it easier for the app to find participating locations.
7/11, just took over on the run stores at esso stations, the current proprietors are basically getting screwed from behind without any lube used what so ever. Not one more dime from my pocket will ever again, enter the till at a 7/11 stores, or Esso gas bar. The complete lack of ethics behind this business deal, is completely appalling.
Finally got my free drink. It's suppose to be 5 drinks = 1 free. But I've probably bought 10 drinks... so the scan thing only works 50% of the time. And the cashier can't help if it doesn't work. I have a galaxy s7. So it's not my phone.
This app will not open and let me get to the free coffee section. EVERY TIME i open it all i get to see is the super big gulp then it force closes...Ideas?
I love to use this app for getting free drinks. However, the map is a different story. Today, I was trying to find a store close to me. It was a map of Utah, however, when I clicked on a location, it was an address in Texas. Pretty messed up!!!
Doesn't connect with the POS, I redeemed for a coffee and had to pay cash because it didn't show up on the cashiers screen. But it did erase the free coffee off my app :-p. Some fixes would be nice
Much improved from when I first starting using it. Have gotten several free cups of coffee as of now. Most other deals have not interested me, I don't eat that much candy or imbibe in Slurpees.
On four different occasions the app has been scanned by the store clerk and nothing happens. I thought that the reviews where wrong but no, they are accurate. Your app sucks.
It's ok just not very useful. The deals are disappointing. I am tired of it opening on the scan screen and hurting my eyes. I will be permanently be uninstalling.
I was so excited when they got the rewards program but after a few times of not getting Stars and calling and not getting it fixed I decided I will have it scanned but I won't expect much from it. Just the other day I went to scan my app which already had two stars on it and I was supposed to get double Stars on 3 Slurpees and ended up getting 0 stars and not getting my reward so I actually lost two stars! So if I get a star great if it works great but if not I started not to think much of it...
This is a great app and works great. I'm a Franchisee of several stores. If you don't get your "stars," don't worry. The app isn't what keeps track of your drink purchases, the 7 Eleven registers do. I have printed up screen shots for some of my customers because they don't have smart phones. And we scan the piece of paper with their bar code and they still receive their free drink after 6 cups. The app only displays what our system says you have. It takes time for the app to update at times.
It was a great app until just last week when, after almost a month of using, it stopped registering the scans or stars at the checkout. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy J1. Fix this and I'll give it a 4 star rating! Also the issue of the SD card. Make it so that this beautiful app can be transferred to the SD card and you have garnered yourself a 5 star rating!!
The deals are good and all, but the main issue I have with it is the app having deals for something free and the store doesn't actually have the item. Don't say your giving out something free if you don't have the items to back it up. It's fine in other ways though.
So I went to 7 11 this morning excited to use my new app for coffee. Boy was I disappointed when told they don't use this in Oklahoma! Why bother even having this app if you're not going to have it available in every state?! Waste of space! Don't waste your time y'all! Uninstalled! I'll get my coffee at Circle K from now on!
Almost every coupon doesn't work and everyone seems to have different excuses. Every single store has been difficult and uncooperative in trying to work with the app. And most of the time I don't get a free cup because it has somehow disappeared or a cup doesn't go into the account.
Really another reload NOT HAPPY, went to have my app scanned and it kick me out so I tapped it again but it kicked me out again, finial got it to scan but it still kicked me out. I have had the app since 2013 with no problems till just this year. Fix please REALLY REALLY like this app
It worked for awhile, then stopped. I buy coffee every morning and it would never give me more than 2 credits, even though it should've been 7 on a weekly basis. Plus, all the coupons could never be used because the store either didn't have the product or they would say they are not honoring the discount. I am reloading the app again, maybe it will work
App is great as are the deals however opening the app to the scan page makes brightness go all the way up (makes sense so it can be scanned) but it turns brightness low when you go to any other page (like the one with all the deals on it) and removes the phones ability to turn brightness back up.
In the beginning, it worked great. Now, for past month, it doesn't register every scan. Its been telling me I need one more for free drink, and I've bought 5+ and it still says same thing. Uninstalled and trying again, before removing it for good
I get free coffee after 7 times. Other than that, scan & save is the same all the time. How many sweettarts, gatorade and slurpees can you buy? Why no deals on their fresh foods or baked goods? And stores rarely carry the items anyway.

Only good if you drink their drinks. The "special offers" are terrible and normally there is only 1. Seems like a pretty pointless app unless you drink a lot of slurpees or coffee. It Aldo dims your screen like crazy if you are not on the Barcode slide. This app needs serious work...deleting for now.
WHAT A JOKE. Simply put, the app says 'you have a free Coffee". You go to the register and it doesn't show up. I tried to explain but definitely it seemed I was there to steal a coffee. Employee don't have any training on how this works so I was embarrassed and devalued as the guy who tries to get a coffee for free. SHAME on you 7 Eleven for such a poor management and disregard for customers time and dignity. AWFUL experience. No.
The app regularly "forgets" I have a free drink coming. I has done this 2 times already if it does it again I'm deleting it. It often does not even add stars for purchases and has once already went from 6 stars to zero for no reason. I'm wondering if the only reason for this app is to cheat people out of their "free" drinks. That would be much harder to do with a physical punch card. Either fix this mess or people are going to get sick and tired of your games 7-11.
This app takes around 10 minutes to launch and open, that's if it doesn't crash. To prevent my coffee from getting cold, I have to launch and wait for the app to open first, then I'll get my coffee. When the app does open, the menus and options are slow to respond.
App seemed to run just fine til recently, apparently logged me out of previous account when recently updated, lost previous purchases and had to make new account. Would love if that could get fixed soon if you plan to update app more later so i dont lose all my stars. Otherwise love this app but was sad to go redeem free drink and see my account gone :/
My eyes! How about only on the barcode screen or an override, folks? Then it screwed up my phone so it will only turn on the screen when plugged in! Still trying to fix that.
Don't try to go there with discounts. There is one lady who won't listen to you and she yells saying there isn't a coupon or email promotion. When I showed her it, she doesn't look. There will be a sign on the door and she won't admit there is a promotion. Terrible service.
The app is misleading. I tried the slurpee finder only to find out after traveling to a further than normal location for a curtain flavor, that it is not carried by that store. what the point having slurpee finder? i hate i tried to trust your app only it find it a sham.
Deceptive. The loyalty bonuses are nearly impossible to get. Their Belly app does not work in the stores. Their special sales do not scan and they charge full price despite the app offering a much cheaper price. They also don't respond to complaints by e-mail. Like I said...DECEPTIVE
Was great for a while but now it's not working. I should have 2 FREE drinks by now as I shop daily @ 7 eleven stores but is stuck @ 4 stars. I really like the application otherwise just wish techs would work on the bugs more
Your app keeps crashing at multiple times. The barcode require the screen brightness to be maximum all the time. Why? Because you hire amateur programmers for this app. Some of 7-eleven cashier i met today even yelled at me when they are frustrated with your own app. And the free coffee week is a joke since i have to pay for my own coffee since the app doesnt work. I will never again walk into 7-eleven. You have lost all of my respect and trust.
The 7-Elevens where I live refuse to repair or use their belly up machines or acknowledge this app. Since they're all privately owned, there's nobody I can contact about this issue either. So my only option is to uninstall what could've been a convenient app to one of the most convenient convenience stores.
I really loved using this app. I drink a slurpee almost everyday so a free slurpee a week was awesome. I still use it for my free slurpee but I'm sad there isn't as much deals as they used to have. Used to be 10+ items on sale now it's only one. Don't know why you changed it but I'm not impressed. Bring back the sales on your hot food items.
7-11 needs to allow users to type in their birth date in the app for Android. I'm born 1974...imagine those born 1969? Wow! I remember this is why I never joined.
Everything was going good up until I wasn't getting any of my stars for my drinks or promo's. I should have 3free drinks by now but nope...
I tried to sign up, but you can't type in your birthday...you have to use the date picker. Im 49 years old! I'm not going to go through 600 months of date picker pages to use your silly app!

Yeah the app works (for the most part) and I love the small deals I can get... Although some stores deny the deal even exists(?) And even though I get my phone scanned after every slurpee purchase the transaction doesn't always follow through and I am now missing on 5 stamps
