In addition, using your location, the app will provide you with driving directions to or assist you in calling the facility of your choice. This app also provides users with the latest public health information from the CDC with a direct news feed.

The Community Health Centers mobile app accesses the most up-to-date, open sourced, publicly available data from both the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
