Works good on samsung note 5. Takes at least 24 hours for cameras to register. Must first add cloud info from computer then load app on smartphone. If app freezes on phone try a few more times then wait one day and camera info will be on app.

Where is the help option? I just downloaded the app on my Gal S5 and cannot get my email (or ph) account registered...so cannot setup my cctv on my ph. Please give instructions!!

App used to work great until Android did their latest update which was about 4 days ago. Now this app restarts on its own with a blank white screen and difficult to shut off. So I had to uninstall it☹

Same router some time note stream, some time my ip stream video that I don't know where from. Cross router 10 time connect only 1 time stream and very very slow !
