It may not update all the time even though I have a good internet conncetion, I would like to recommend some updates. In the total amount due section, I hope that next time, when an amount already shows we can also access the copy of our bill either with a link or through a pdf copy. Its hard to just make payments without knowing the breakdown of what you have been paying for. Besides, a new cycle has already started therefore, account was refreshed for a new cycle and information for he previous cycle was already gone. Also, I hope that the current usage won't be gone even if the mobile data balance goes low.
It's really useless. You can't even check your data usage with this application. Why let us install it but would eventually direct us to dial *143#? Moreover, this appication lacks a LOT of feature, it keeps on telling me that there's no internet connection when n fact, I am getting 4G network and was able to video chat at the same time.
My first time leaving a feedback for an app. If I compare your app with Smart's app. Yours is so disappointing. You have to dial *143 to check your data usage? Hahaha you just defeated the purpose of this application. The CONVENIENCE of checking all your usage in just one tap. Buti na lang at sinubukan ko muna prepaid niyo. Sayang pala pera ko sa postpaid plan niyo. Instead of attracting new customer and generating an income. You did a very lousy app.
It is almost good. can you make the app more usable for example make it this apps have a call option so we costumers can also use this app on our tablets ipod or any device that doesnt have simm card so we can just buy a pocket wifi to your store. simple but i think its impossible but i think if you make this done it will be pleasure to us thank you and Have a good day...
Useless app. None of the promos I am subscribed to ever show up. I have several Globe numbers. Even time I install this app, I have to do a text verification to 5 different numbers. Stupid design. Smart let's you use 1 username and password to access all your accounts. Very slow to load up. And it's not my Internet that is slow. Poor design. Why do I have to press so many things just to see my balance or what promo I'm using?
No changes/improvement since the last time. Just like your customer service, VERY USELESS. YOU CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. REASON WHY I SPEND 40MINS-1HOUR ON THE PHONE EACH TIME TRYING TO SORT OUT THE MESS YOU CREATED. Useless app. Won't even show you your current data usage. The section that should indicate it disappears after the app refreshes.
This app is suppose to be useful. Please update your app and give us our real time credit balance, even those remaining volume data when we are subscribe to your 'GoSurf' services. And Globe rewards should be here too, why it must be a seperate app???? UPDATE THIS! And fix that 0956 prefix problem.
Useless app. Can't check your data usage and all it shows you is your current package which everyone already knows. What kind of moron crewted this app? Obviously they want people to have a hard time tracking their data usage so they can charge them more if you go over your allowance. Stupid app developer or greedy company? You be the judge.
It doesn't show the data usage of prepaid promos like the GOSURF 50. It'll only show the expiry date. However, it shows the data usage and expiry date on Postpaid promos. It needs A LOT of work. Globe, please stop your horrible marketing and advertisements and just focus on the quality and services.
This app should have a real time update when connected to the network. There are times that the refresh button won't appear. And should it have one button to refresh all the data as it's so impractical to click button one by one. Sorry but this app isn't user friendly at all. This is useful yet not usable. Globe please have an initiative to innovate this app. Thanks!
This app is not working. I thought that if I downloaded this I will be able to check the status of my data plan subscription. System keep saying something went wrong and they can't process my request. Completely waste of time.
Useless app, you cant even see the current usage like what is shown on the feature of this app.. deceives the customer... pls fix it asap...im a postpaid user yet no data meter for your plan..
Account info is not updated; too delayed and you get shocked at billing date. Cannot subscribe to add-on data services when bundled data is exhausted. So you get charged a fortune for extra data usage. Rip-off!!
Huge improvement from the last update. Considering Globe's myAccount website's poor performance, this is a step up. It would be great if you could add the option to view your bill instead of just your balance, whereas on the website I can easily access it.
I bought a globe tatoo with postpaid sim, it says it will be activated w/in 24 hrs. But its been more than 30 hrs and its not yet activated. I call customers service its load consuming. I create my own account to ask what happen.yet no reply more than hours ago. Its sucks.......
It's a good way to track my load and register to promos. I just hope they add the usage details feature for prepaid users on their next update. It's too much of a hassle having to go though *143# especially if you need info immediately.
It would be a lot more convenient if the update won't take about a day. It's really practical to have this as a Globe subscriber, and I'm aware that it may be very difficult to have an immediate update on data usage but it would be a 5-star application if it could.
This app is pretty useless, it lacks so many features, no details about your GoSakto status (even the GoSakto app doesn't have that feature for chrisake!) expiry date of load.. And why not just create a single app for Gservices, GoSakto, Grewards, and Gcash? The USSD is way better than all this crap, it's supposed to make things easier but it turned out to be a waste of space...
Useless. I cant see the plan usage. No plan meter for used or available DATA, CONSUMABLES, TEXT AND CALLS. The only thing I can see is the outstanding balance ang excess charges. All for your benefits not ours.
No. I won't tolerate ads. And, i don't understand why you can't solve the login problems. I can't even register and login. Crappy network, crappy app.
Easy access, all i have to do is open my data then click the app and i can see the updated usage of my internet.. its just that it doesnt update me realtime.. it takes another day for me to check the lates update :) minor issues.
I installed this under the assumption that it will work for me. How come when I input my number it says it will not work since my number is not supported? I'm a postpaid subscriber.
Used to be good. But now almost useless. App was supposed to be a quick way to view consumed data, calls, text, etc. Even the website does not display these information anymore, just the account details.
Did not bother logging in, i have a dsl and landline account so i fire this apps, guess what? the app need a globe # to login. My sim service is smart, and globe dsl and landline. I have no globe #, except my dsl and landline #, and waaaalaaa! Uninstall in an instant!
Useless. Took so much to register!!! Geez. Globe, don't you have anymore competent people in your back offices?? Stop too much marketing. Make your services work!!
Doesn't make much of a difference having this app. Lacks features like telling you how much data you've consumed on your promo subscription and how much MB or GB you got left. It doesn't tell you the date your load expires. You guys should take down that 2nd picture that you advertise. Current usage on data? Yeah right! If you had it before, why'd you take it down??! Smart has it on their app. I'm sure you guys can figure out a way to put in. You guys have a lot catching up to do. If your competitor can do it, I'm sure you guys can... if you really wanted to. Do you guys intentionally do that to boost your sales and for paying customers forfeit their load?? You're not fooling anyone.
Does not work, inaccurate. Globe service crew even says not to trust the app bec it's not up to date. Leads you to unwanted bills.
I don't find it very useful AS OF THE MOMENT. I availed of a broadband plan. Enrolled my account. When I check my account details, it didn't show any USAGE. Under Total amount due is an apologetic message about something going wrong. And what's worse, I was expecting that it would automatically sync my account on the website but unfortunately it did not. And that's bad design for a company this big. Hoping to see faster updates on this than the disconnects I get when conferencing with clients. And if a feature is buggy/unusable, please don't release it and add it on your description as if it's working. This isn't even beta anymore.
Subscribed to Globe unlimited surf and the app continued to eat my money until it was all gone! The Globe Monopoly is the reason the Philippines has the WORST internet connection in ALL OF ASIA. I have no choice but to keep giving them my money. May these predatorial extortionists drown in the pool of blood money they have stolen from the common hardworking citizen. I give it 1 star, 0 points awarded and may God have mercy on their souls.
Does not refresh properly or update on time. They just suddenly cut your line (outgoing calls, internet, & texts) without prior notice even when you pay before the due date. Fix your bug it affects my profession!
Updated - now pretty useful. Previous review - I updated to this version, but i can't even open it - it just crashes. Awful, really awful
I hate it! I rarely put a review on an app but this deserves one. I can't check my data usage and it's pretty slow! The competitor is way better than this. Please Globe, make this app a useful one!
Keeps on saying no internet connection. Even tho I have a very strong internet connection. I even tried my globe's mobile data. I'm so disappointed.
We thought UPDATES automatically meant apps are expected to function better after they are installed - that updates are synonymous to improvements. But, hey, the rest of the reviewers that said the refresh button is conky weren't lying! GServices used to be efficient. How come since the April/May updates, it has turned futile? How do you expect subscribers to keep track of their accounts if GServices is unreliable?
They say that this should show you your data usage real time or at least 2 hours delay but NO! I got overcharged because all the while I thought the numbers are correct but the truth is, IT IS NOT
Literally useless, I always end up going to globe website and check my account's updated information. If you could fix this, that would be great. Thank you
I wished they could allow u to had globe home broadband accounts that come with a landline. I don't know how to add them coz it only allows you to add a mobile number. Is it possible to add broadband accounts here? If not then make it possible. It's nice to have a single app for everything.
At the first 2 months monyhs but suddenly it stopped working, the usage and billing stopped updating, such a lousy app... so much for the quality service.
Useful, but 5 days to reflect payment is too long. Promos and existing boosters modification a bit complicated, and you cannot remove boosters if you want to you can only replace it.

There's this persistent bug that prevents me from refreshing my Account Status at the Home Screen. It just won't refresh the values no matter how many times I tap refresh on it. However, I managed to get it working by opening the menu, selecting and the "Featured content", going back to the Home Screen and tapping refresh again - this time, it does work. EDIT: This workaround doesn't work anymore after the update. Hooray for a step backward in usability! XD
